June 30, 2015: Purchased LG dishwasher at Sears Home, Calgary. Paid for delivery and installation. Delivery was scheduled for July 8. Told that installation would be same day.
July 8: Dishwasher delivered as promised. In late afternoon, called Sears Installation services. Got voice mail saying to leave a message and our call would be returned shortly. Didn’t get a call back.
July 9: Called Sears Installation again. Left a message. No call back.
July 10: Called Sears Installation again. Left a message. No call back. Called the salesperson at Sears Home Calgary. He said he would look into the problem and call us back. No call back.
July 11: Called the Sears general inquiry line. Talked to a person who said she would leave a message at Sears Home Calgary. Called our salesperson again. He said that there was a new system for booking installations and that he would fax our information to the installation centre right away. Gave us a new number for Sears Installation.
July 13: Called Sears Installation at the new number provided. They said they had no record of our installation order. We told them that the salesperson faxed the information on July 11. They still said they had no record and we had to call the store. Called Sears Home Calgary again. Talked to a different salesperson who found our order and said that they would fax our installation order to Sears Installation again. No call from Sears Installation.
