I bought 4 appliances from Sears and had problems with the fridge and stove. They required two different service technicians to come and they did not come in the time range they specified, sometimes early and sometimes late. It took about five different tries before they finally came. Then there was another problem (which I couldn't have found before) just a few days after the warranty period had expired and they would take not responsibility for it.
