I'm writing this as a very angry, dissatisfied customer. I'm going to be boycotting your store and recommending to all my family, friends, contacts and all media forums I'm on. I ordered an outdoor play center for my children. I ordered it on May 5, 2015. Expected date of delivery was May 25, 2015. My daughter's birthday was on June 1st. I was hoping it would be here so that I could have it set up for use on her birthday. It is June 6, 2015, it still hasn't arrived. I received an automated call that my order was delivered and ready for pick up on May 21st. I called the store the next day to verify that it was all there because I live 120 km found trip from the nearest pick up location. The said it was there. Upon arriving, we discovered only two of the three boxes of the item had been delivered. I phoned the toll free number given online. I was directed on the phone to customer service eventually. They said they would look into it and someone would get back to me within 48 hours. No one ever called. I tried again on Tuesday, May 26th, when I hadn't heard and it was the day after the expected delivery date. I got no answers on where my item is. They suggested I wait a couple more days and hopefully it would be in then. I did. Still nothing so I phoned again. They said they would look into it and call me back. Still no return call. I tried calling again on the weekend as my daughter's birthday was on Monday. They said customer service was closed when I called and they would get someone to call me back. No one did. At this point I'm very angry. I tried calling again on Tuesday. They couldn't give me any answers where my item is. They said someone would call me. I told them how angry and frustrated I am. They said there was nothing they could do from their end but look into it. I called the local store. The worker called trying to locate it. All I know is it is in transit somewhere but I have no idea because no one is telling me. I also received my Sears bill and I've been charged for the item I haven't received yet and also the insurance premium on my card for the item. Seriously Sears, this is a complete failure! I'm a single mother raising three little children on a very limited, low income. I decided to do something special for once for my children as I never put money towards such frivolous things. My kids have been waiting for a surprise that never came and you broke their hearts. I feel so failed!
