On May 9th my husband ordered two parts from Sears - one for a weed trimmer and a pump for our dishwasher. We were told 7 - 9 business days. Fifteen business days later I call them. Response: Since the weed trimmer part is not available until late June, the dishwasher pump is on hold until then. Ridiculous. Sears used to have part distribution center where you could pick up a part in a day or so. Not any more - you order from a call center. This store is streamlining itself into retail oblivion. Shall never buy another appliance there again.
