This has been the worst service experience ever! Purchased a table set on line during a sale, asked for deferred payment. Ordered arrived twice at store COD. Third time, I purchased the item on my Sears card to find out the table and chairs are now discontinued. No issues I thought until two of the stools were missing legs. Spent the next week calling Sears customer service with no one calling me back. I finally lost it on a supervisor to find out that they will provide the missing legs for my stools, however, I have to wait 3 MONTHS! I am livid, this product is discontinued and Sears won't admit it or provide another alternative. I will never shop here again and I am cutting up my card. This is complete disgusting and enough already Sears with the fake apology! No one believes you are sorry about our frustration. I will not recommend this store EVER!
