Initially, I dealt with Alice who initially provided excellent customer service and information. I needed an induction cooktop repair. The technician was good as well. They then said we needed a motherboard that needed to be sent from B.C. I had to pay a deposit of over $600. They kept me abreast of all information and when the motherboard didn't work, they got another part and it finally worked. When I emailed them, to request that they send the outstanding amount ($400) back to me, they didn't respond. I just tried now (a month later) and my email bounced. Disappointing and frustrating. I had trusted them.

This company replaced an igniter in our double oven and a couple of days later both ovens in stove no longer work. We paid almost $400 for this repair and I cannot get hold of this company to return and repair ovens. Their mailbox is full and they do not respond to my emails. They claim to guarantee their work but they do not stand behind it and are not reachable.

Alexi showed up on the same day service was needed. He was very clean, informed us of all steps he was taking in the service call. Gave us further hints should the problem reoccur. Our Bosch compact washer and dryer are 'smart' appliances and they continue to make us look 'dumb'. Thanks again Alexi.

The day after..... Unfortunately I have to edit my review as the dryer is going back to turning off before the programmed time is up or the clothes are dry. Hope for the best.

For this urgent work, CanadAppliance was extremely responsive, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave an affordable estimate, and on acceptance proceeded to do a speedy, excellent job.

Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous, he diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the nature of repairs needed. The office responded with a request for prepayment of the replacement part and proposed a date and time for the repair. The technician arrived ahead of schedule on the day of the repairs and provided a very thorough demonstration of the repaired item.

On Sunday Jan.14,2024 my dishwasher was leaking water and I contacted CanadAppliance right away. The next day I had Alex from CanadAppliance show up. After checking my appliance he told me I had to replace the drain hose which appeared to be cracked. After placing an order for the part the following day he was back replacing the drain hose. Thanks..great work!

Alice was so helpful and kind on the phone. I am very grateful to her for her support and help.

I was very pleased with the service and the extra effort to find me the motor for my dishwasher. The repair person was careful and kind. The extra trip was very kind. Ice maker works as it always had before it didnt.. thanks for the help.

Matthew was the friendly voice that greeted me on the phone. He listened to the issue of a 10 yr old LG malfunctioning "dishwasher door" and immediately quoted me the anticipated repair cost. No HIDDEN service + labour + parts costs etc. that other repair shops had quoted for the job. Within 2 hours Alex was at the door and the issue was resolved in approximately a half hour.
