Jackie was very helpful in picking out an attractive window design I would not have thought of without her help. The installers were very careful and clean, and did a fabulous job. I would and have recommented this company to others. I love the product!

It's been over 2 years since I had my windows and doors replaced by All Weather Windows and they are awesome. The one issue I had with one window was addressed within a week of install and haven't had a problem since.

Jackie was an amazing sales woman to deal with. She kept me within my budget and provided me the best options for my home, lifestyle and budget. I've recommended her and All Weather to a few friends since install, and will continue to do so. I plan on adding additional windows in my home and will be using Jackie and her wonderful team again!

When I decided to upgrade my windows I did the research and found a number of companies that looked good. I requested an estimate from 3 of them. Jacquelyn showed up at the same time as the other company.All estimates were close but All Weather came in cheapest. What sold me was Jacquelyn said the other company was pretty good but they were high priced. The other guy tried cutting down both the other companies saying they didn't do good work and quality was low. Just to get the contract. It turned out the estimate I got for All Weather windows was fair and once they started they found it was much harder then first thought. Price stayed the same. Then one window broke and was reordered and replaced. Along with the picture window that had a little piece of silicon loose between the windows. It was dusty but not more then expected and the guys tried to keep it to a minimum. Great windows and great service

Last year we needed to replace 17 windows in our home, so we started to investigate our options at the home show. We visited all the booths and spoke to their representatives. We were not wowed by anyone until we met Jackie from All Weather Windows. She answered all our questions with knowledge and integrity. We felt very comfortable with her so we invited her to our home for an estimate. We wanted something different for our living room window and she worked with us, offering invaluable information to achieve gorgeous results. She was very professional and knowledgable. Our neighbours were so impressed that they also contacted her to have their windows replaced. Sean and his crew installed our windows with the utmost care and attention. We are extremely happy with our windows, the experience of dealing with Jackie, and the installation. We have just contacted Jackie to have our garden doors and our front door replaced. If you choose All Weather Windows, make sure you ask for Jackie Zelonka for your sales rep and Sean for the installation. You will not be disappointed with the product or service!

After doing some research, I replaced all my windows and doors from Jackie because they were significantly cheaper and the most energy efficient for the estimates I had received. When the doors were installed, there had been a slight shipping error. What impressed me most was that upon discovering the error, Jackie was easy to get ahold of and was on the phone rush ordering the proper product that same day. It was installed in a very timely fashion, hassle free. Being a part of a reno business myself, things don't always go according to plan. Its great to know that if that even in less than ideal situations, All Weather Windows will make sure the job in completed in a professional, hassle free way.

Excellent sales guidance from rep Jackie. Professional and informative. Windows were installed on time and overall look is great, thanks to installer Shaun. All weather had issues at plant with getting the front door built properly. I reviewed Jackie instructions to production, and they were very clear/precise. So, this truly should be a simple fix by all weather. This is definetly a communication issue at the production level. I had great follow ups by reno mgr Blair on this issue, but waiting 6 months is not cool. Yes, i understand how busy the reno market is. But no, i cannot agree that it should take this long to finish the contract. Front door was installed on third attempt, and install went very well. Entire house looks fab, and i would recommend all weather to others.

Never purchased windows before. Sales guy was very informative if a little overwhelming. Window quality is excellent. Installation was very good. Some minor coordination issues but really if I could put 9.5 out of 10 I would only because 10 would be perfect and it wasn't quite perfect.

Leaks reported in Sept 15/14 and its now Dec 1/14 and the work has not started. Poor management, every time I’m given a time and date All Weather Windows cancel, what does it take to get from service from this company. I will never use them again and I urge all others interested in using them to reconsider.

We had All Weather replace all the glass in our house in 2008. We are happy with the quality of the windows and the install - that service was very good and install crew was awesome. However, as the years go by we are disappointed with follow up service considering the size of our original investment. We have a broken window that has resulted from either house shifting or other (no impact) and we cannot get any attention from All Weather. They are too busy to even come out and quote a repair, and certainly were quick to advise that altho the entire unit has to be replaced, it's not covered under warranty. They have referred us to other companies to complete the replacement. I find this odd - what say we ever need new windows in another home? (this is actually pending as we are considering moving) We have nothing to gain by going back to AWW - so we'll likely give another co the business in future.

After getting three very similar estimates we decided to go with All Weather as we knew someone that had used them and they were pleased. I have to admit that I like the finished product, they look really nice, it was the entire installation experience that I was not pleased with. After we signed the contract we were given a two day installation schedule, later it was extended to three days and finally ended up to be 4 days. This would not have been such a problem if the job had been done on 4 consecutive days but that was not the case. After two days a total of 12 windows, out of 21, had been installed , the installer set up another day to return which was 6 days after the initial two days but did not show up, He did however book another date for 3 days later and this time managed to get another 8 windows installed. Another 5 days passed before he was able to return and get the remaining window installed and one issue from the first days install corrected. When I contacted AWW on the day that the installer did not show up, I was told a report would be sent to the Customer Service Manager and that he would be in touch with me, I heard nothing which leads me to believe that once they have your signed contract they really don't care. What was supposed to be a two day installation turned out to be a total of 18 days of disruption. Not what I would call good customer service!. Hopefully after sales customer service is better if issues arise. Not sure that I would use AWW for future needs or be willing to recommend to friends or neighbours after the discussion that I had with the company yesterday.
