The customer service person did not return my calls regarding warranty/replacement info. My window was installed in my Sterling Home spec home and after 5 years a crack appeared across the window due to poor initial installation (I have pics to prove it once the window was removed and replaced), and after repeated contact, they refused to stand by their product and told me they were booking "8 weeks out" for estimates to replace.

There were a number of surprises with unanticipated additional costs; door didn't close properly and we had to pay another service person to correct this.
Work has yet to be completed/ finished 6+ weeks after installation even though full amount was charged to my credit card.
Numerous phone calls to customer service rep have not been returned.
Never again!!!

All Weather Windows in Calgary did a fantastic job. 20 Energy Saver 2000 Series PVC windows were installed the first week of May. Jeff and his crew were on time and hard working. My sales rep Brenda Redwood was excellent. The quality of windows are superior, the house feels warmer than before and is so quiet, hardly hear birds chipping at 3:30am anymore :)

We are very disappointed in the performance of this product and the service and will not recommend all weather windows. Last winter when it was cold, we had a huge layer of frost in between and all the way up the seam of our new slider windows. We could not open the windows. We had our humidity very very low, so it was not a result of too much humidity. We were told with sliders we would have some frost in the corners, however this was thick frost all along the seam. It is also a safety issue. We have contacted all weather and were told someone would contact us, but we have not heard from anyone. Other contractors have told us that it is not right to have that much frost on the inside of the window. We need a large picture window this year, and have gone with another window company and will not use Allweather nor recommend them.

A second wonderful, professional job done by All Weather Windows and I will use them again to replace some of the windows at our cabin. They are always on time and the installation was carefully completed leaving me ith very little to touch up or clean up. Thank you for the drop clothes and taking care to protect our floors and carpets. I wish all renovators were as reliable and proficient as the people at AWW.

Well I was excited when I found out who was renovating after looking at reviews.but glass on floor,dirty carpet put on my child's bed,and not even any patch work.all my curtains were left off and my drier vent not put back on.i am on disability and a single mom.inspite of that I know alot of well off people I had already started to recommend them too.The windows and doors are beautiful too bad about the service.poor people have facebook too.

Sales rep – Jackie Zelonika came highly recommended by a neighbour. Jackie took the time to understand our needs and wants with replacing our windows. She provided detail product knowledge and great recommendations. We are very, very pleased with the windows – with the quality – the maintenance free exterior finish – the better sound proofing – the low-E and better insulated. The installers started on the day that was scheduled and completed the work in the planned time window. They did an excellent job and cleaned up daily.

Sales expert Jackie Zelonika for the windows and doors was excellent. The installers were prompt and workmanship was excellent. Cleanup happened daily and the doors and windows were installed rapidly.

In 2013, I needed an egress window in my basement. I worked with Jackie who was very knowledgeable and the window was installed by a fantastic crew. last year I decided to add an additional egress window as well as replace my huge living room window. I called Jackie again! I received the same wonderful, prompt service and would highly recommend both her and the crew, all did an amazing job. I have been impressed with the quality of the windows as well as the installation and follow-up. I have already recommended both Jackie and the company to others.
