Needed to have my kitchen countertop and backsplash redone as it was looking outdated and worn. I used them two years ago for my bathroom and it looks as good today as it did the day they completed the project. I am so pleased with the results, from the owner (Tim) to the estimator (Phil) and the installer (Wayne) all were true professionals. The work was done on time and with little to no disruption to our daily routine and the cost was very reasonable. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their kitchen or bathroom without breaking the bank. Thanks for a great job.

After getting several companies to give us a quote we went with Urban Roofing for our project. Not only was their quote (over a thousand dollars less for the SAME shingles) but their workmanship was top notch. Our installation crew, Josh and Eric were very professional and hard working cleaning up each night leaving the property neat and clean. Sean, the owner of the company, came by everyday to make sure that everything was going on schedule and that we were pleased with the workmanship. I would certainly recommend Urban Roofing to anyone thinking about replacing their roof and if possible request Josh and Eric for the install although I am sure that any of Sean's Teams would do a great job. So pleased with the work that Cam did. Bathroom counter top looks great. Work was completed on time as promised and there was no mess to clean up. Very good company to work with. Will be looking a getting my kitchen counter done next. Thanks Tim & Cam for such great work!

After getting three very similar estimates we decided to go with All Weather as we knew someone that had used them and they were pleased. I have to admit that I like the finished product, they look really nice, it was the entire installation experience that I was not pleased with. After we signed the contract we were given a two day installation schedule, later it was extended to three days and finally ended up to be 4 days. This would not have been such a problem if the job had been done on 4 consecutive days but that was not the case. After two days a total of 12 windows, out of 21, had been installed , the installer set up another day to return which was 6 days after the initial two days but did not show up, He did however book another date for 3 days later and this time managed to get another 8 windows installed. Another 5 days passed before he was able to return and get the remaining window installed and one issue from the first days install corrected. When I contacted AWW on the day that the installer did not show up, I was told a report would be sent to the Customer Service Manager and that he would be in touch with me, I heard nothing which leads me to believe that once they have your signed contract they really don't care. What was supposed to be a two day installation turned out to be a total of 18 days of disruption. Not what I would call good customer service!. Hopefully after sales customer service is better if issues arise. Not sure that I would use AWW for future needs or be willing to recommend to friends or neighbours after the discussion that I had with the company yesterday.
