Never purchased windows before. Sales guy was very informative if a little overwhelming. Window quality is excellent. Installation was very good. Some minor coordination issues but really if I could put 9.5 out of 10 I would only because 10 would be perfect and it wasn't quite perfect.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Ensure prompt replies and if they say something will happen, do so, instead of making customer have to ask, and ask again. <Minor>
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Look around, hear the estimate from 3-4+ other window operators and gauge AWW against others quality and price. Pretty high end windows for a competitive price.
