After getting three very similar estimates we decided to go with All Weather as we knew someone that had used them and they were pleased. I have to admit that I like the finished product, they look really nice, it was the entire installation experience that I was not pleased with. After we signed the contract we were given a two day installation schedule, later it was extended to three days and finally ended up to be 4 days. This would not have been such a problem if the job had been done on 4 consecutive days but that was not the case. After two days a total of 12 windows, out of 21, had been installed , the installer set up another day to return which was 6 days after the initial two days but did not show up, He did however book another date for 3 days later and this time managed to get another 8 windows installed. Another 5 days passed before he was able to return and get the remaining window installed and one issue from the first days install corrected. When I contacted AWW on the day that the installer did not show up, I was told a report would be sent to the Customer Service Manager and that he would be in touch with me, I heard nothing which leads me to believe that once they have your signed contract they really don't care. What was supposed to be a two day installation turned out to be a total of 18 days of disruption. Not what I would call good customer service!. Hopefully after sales customer service is better if issues arise. Not sure that I would use AWW for future needs or be willing to recommend to friends or neighbours after the discussion that I had with the company yesterday.
