After doing some research, I replaced all my windows and doors from Jackie because they were significantly cheaper and the most energy efficient for the estimates I had received. When the doors were installed, there had been a slight shipping error. What impressed me most was that upon discovering the error, Jackie was easy to get ahold of and was on the phone rush ordering the proper product that same day. It was installed in a very timely fashion, hassle free. Being a part of a reno business myself, things don't always go according to plan.
