Annual snow removal and lawn care (my portion). Service has improved over the years. Snow removal fairly prompt and well done. Lawn care is average. While not spectacular, sometimes cut to low and expose the ground, the service is adequate for the cost.

Never purchased windows before. Sales guy was very informative if a little overwhelming. Window quality is excellent. Installation was very good. Some minor coordination issues but really if I could put 9.5 out of 10 I would only because 10 would be perfect and it wasn't quite perfect.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Ensure prompt replies and if they say something will happen, do so, instead of making customer have to ask, and ask again. <Minor>
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Look around, hear the estimate from 3-4+ other window operators and gauge AWW against others quality and price. Pretty high end windows for a competitive price.
