We had All Weather replace all the glass in our house in 2008. We are happy with the quality of the windows and the install - that service was very good and install crew was awesome. However, as the years go by we are disappointed with follow up service considering the size of our original investment. We have a broken window that has resulted from either house shifting or other (no impact) and we cannot get any attention from All Weather. They are too busy to even come out and quote a repair, and certainly were quick to advise that altho the entire unit has to be replaced, it's not covered under warranty. They have referred us to other companies to complete the replacement. I find this odd - what say we ever need new windows in another home? (this is actually pending as we are considering moving) We have nothing to gain by going back to AWW - so we'll likely give another co the business in future.

Teresa, we strive to give the best possible lead times for our customers when warranty work is required and as you can imagine, we do have peak seasons when these are stretched. When a repair has been determined to be beyond warranty and chargeable, (as would be the case with a 7 year old broken pane of glass) we do have affiliates that we can refer repair work to in order to get the work sooner for our customers. I am sorry about the confusion,
