I had 2 homes get Brand new doors and windows. All started with them mailing me a flyer for a promotion. I called for a free estimate. A salesman named Matthew Jones came out with a positive attitude and was not pushy as salesman usually are. He gave me a fair/competitive qoute and time to think about it. I proceeded to get other competitors to come out and do the same. None of the rest were as professional and did everything in a timely manner as him.(durabuilt called me 3 days after i signed the contract!!!) The Experience didnt stop there. They got the supervisor of the crew "Brad" that was going to change the windows to come and inspect the house and double check that everything that was purchased was the right specs and then ordered. Approx 6 weeks later All Weather Windows called and booked the install date. I contacted brad to explained that i was on holidays and he reinsured me to not worry. Well when i got back the houses looked AWESOME! Everything i expected happened and the finish product they provided was unbelieveable! I cant praise Brad (and his crew) Or Mathew enough for the great service.

We had a challenging oversized bay window that needed to be replaced in our kitchen. We contacted the professionals at All Weather Windows and Ray Wiebe helped us organize the project from start to finish by answering our questions and communicating information. Then Ernie and his crew did an amazing job with measuring and fitting the actual replacement window. They are professional, talented and we would recommend them to anyone! The windows were installed in a timely manner by All Weather Windows. They were a very friendly crew with great customer service. The windows were very energy efficient and match well with the exterior of the house.

My windows were redone in my cabin this spring. All the windows were well made and in a timely manner. The staff were clean and respectful at all times. The product is fantastic and I would recommend everyone to go use this company.

Cracked the basement window with a rock and needed a good quality and quick replacement. Price was reasonable. Installation too longer than I wanted but overall good service. Would recommend.

They provided a detailed and professional quote. Gave courtesy calls to confirm window delivery and installation. Everything was very timely. They were professional with the installation and cleaned up after they were done.

Nathan and Aiden were professional, courteous, and went over and above to ensure their job was completed to perfection. Everything was cleaned up. No messes left on premises. Last year we had replaced all our doors and windows . Exterior colour chosen was black . At the time of installation we were very satisfied with All Weather Windows . A few days later when the sun was shining on the doors , they were not black . They were a very dark brown . Reviewing our quote (# 757210 ) the fiberglass doors are suppose to be "Antique Black Caming " , the sill " Brown Anodized " . We called AWW and told them about the problem . Their response was that the door could not be painted black because it would warp . If that was the case , why were we not told of this when we ordered the "Black" doors ? Why does our quote say "Antique Black" ? Are they only interested in our hard earned money ? We spent over $25,000 for Black windows and Brown doors .
