Salesman Dave came out the same day I called for an estimate. He was very friendly and efficient. He set it up so that the furnace was installed the next morning. Kevin and Drew installed the furnace. They were very courteous and respectful of my home and they even liked my barking dog. EXCELLENT SERVICE

I had representatives from three companies give me an estimate for this job and, in all cases, they were knowledgeable and professional. However, it was the reviews on HomeStars that persuaded me to choose Reliance. Charlene, my sales rep, was outstanding from beginning to end - she not only had good product knowledge, but was my advocate from pricing to final installation. She either had answers to every question or immediately got the answers and stayed in touch with me until the job was completed. Aaron and Mike did the installation two days after I finalized the agreement and were very skilled and efficient. They arrived at 8:30 and were completely finished and cleaned up by 3:00 pm. This is my second major purchase recently for which I have used reviews from HomeStars to assist with my final decision and once again, I am very happy that I did.

Chris did a good job explaining options and sizing the furnace/blower combo, and accommodated my schedule when he came back to measure. Mike and Ross did a nice job on the installation, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. All were professional and courteous. The new smart thermostat and furnace unit are performing very well.

Our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank are all from Reliance. We couldn't be happier! Such a wonderful staff, they are so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this company.

Two new 96% efficient Lennex furnaces were sold to me by Michael H. He was very helpful with the buying decision and worked hard to negotiate the best pricing for the project.

Work performed by Aaron and Tyler D was done in a professional manner and in good time without any challenges. They were on time and ready to proceed with the install. They approached the project with a conscientious approach and client satisfaction in mind. They provided me with the ability to ask questions and provided me with good education on how to maximize the output of the new furnaces. The work site was left in good, tidy order. Overall; a pleasure to have chosen Reliance as the suppliers/installers and pleased to have Aaron and Tyler as the installers.

Well, it has been more than 6 months since my installation and, in spite of calling 6-8 times and speaking to numerous people, I am still waiting to have my electrical work completed. The installers had unplugged my sump pump as a temporary measure until the electrician came. He came at the end of the day, and apparently was in too much of a hurry to properly finish the job. I also have had no followup regarding the service in spite of me filling the form. I would recommend that those going through Costco double check to see who is doing the work and choose someone else!

I have used this company three times in the past and had excellent service my replacement furnace works great to this day, so I decided to add air purification and an air conditioner so I asked for a quote and book online for someone to come and see me. No one showed up and did not receive a phone call as to why. I did receive a confirmation notice saying that someone was going to come but no one showed. I guess my business is not that valued. So I will find someone else to do the work. Because of past experiences I probably would have just got them to do the work and not shopped around for a better price. I won't be calling them back!

My water heater had been on the fritz for quite some time and we have been tending to it and then on the weekend it finally went and couldn't be repaired. So I had dealt with Dave lambert from reliance before so I decided to call him. I called him in Tuesday and by Wednesday I had a new hot water tank installed. He was very quick and on the ball. I had told him we haven't had hot water since the weekend and he made it happen. I would recommend reliance to any one!! There great!! The guys that installed the water tank were quick and excellent as well!

Reliance is a very good furnace company to deal with. Free Home quoting is fast and easy. Everything is listed clearly and reasonably. The installation is quick and neat. Both of the technicians are handy, they know exactly what they are doing, and super nice. The service is responsible and helpful too. I am very happy to go through all with them. If you need a new and nice furnace to keep your home warm, Reliance is highly recommended.

We are about a month into our new Lennox furnace and I am finding it very comfortable. Reliance did a nice job with the installation, passed inspection no problem. Sales staff "Charlene" is very knowledgeable,friendly and easy to get in touch with for questions or concerns. She also responds to them in a timely and friendly fashion. Thanks for a good job! Ken T
