The installer Alan did his job in great care and give instructions to set up and care for equipment in details.

We had to replace an old air conditioning unit after it stopped working during the first heatwave of the year. We also replaced the old furnace at the same time. We ended up replacing them with a heat pump and a high efficiency furnace.

The sales process was quick and painless. We missed the timeline for the federal rebate and it was fully transparent so there were no surprises.

Installation happened the follow week and took a full day. There were little disruptions as I was working from home that day. The clean up after the job was OK but I had to clean up a bit afterward.

The heat pump is working well and we haven't really used the furnace yet.
