Sean and his team are excellent! This summer, they installed a 5-split AC system for us. Sean explained the difference between the various options, studied our needs, and helped us come to a decision. The installation work was done efficiently and quickly, as promised. When our boiler broke down last month and needed to be replaced, we immediately went back to All Nations. They saw that it was an emergency and got the job done quickly. They came back right away when something didnt seem to be working correctly and made sure we were completely satisfied before sending the final invoice. I recommend them highly.

One room at the top of our house is always 3 or more degrees C hotter or colder than the rest of the house, depending on the time of year. In order to make it half way comfortable we had to make the rest of the house half way uncomfortable by setting the thermostat to a compromise temperature. The solution was to give the problematic room at the top of the house its own heat pump.

After getting quotes from the top-rated vendors on Homestars, we decided to go with Sean at All Nation Comfort. He is very prompt in his appointments and his communication, he is very patient in explaining any important details, suggesting solutions to problems, and answering any question you may have. He even took the time to send project details by e-mail over the long weekend.

At the same time, his price was the best of all the vendors we approached. We don't automatically select the lowest price, in general, because the quality of the service is the most important to us, but when only looking at top vendors on Homestars you can usually expect good service. Also, after talking to Sean in person about the job I was very confident to select him for the job.

He ordered the equipment, it came in faster than expected and he scheduled the day to complete the job very quickly. He even somehow upgraded the unit to higher BTUs with no change to the price.

On the installation day, they arrived promptly, were very respectful of the property, and were very clean and organized. The installation is great and the unit is functioning well. They even avoided cutting holes in my deck by routing the lines in a more challenging path, which was my strong preference. The job exceeded my expectations. I don't think you will go wrong in choosing All Nation for your next HVAC job.

My HVAC system (furnace and a/c) needed to be replaced and the furnace was in a very challenging position in a tight crawlspace. Some companies would not do it. I had several quotes and had to learn a lot to determine what would be the best decision.

I decided to get a heat pump and furnace. There were many unknown factors due to the position of the original furnace. They did not know whether they would have to cut into the wall from my kitchen side in order to gain access. I will also mention that my condo loft is over 100 years old so every unit is unique. There is also no elevator. The installation took almost six days, which did not surprise me. They had to adjust ductwork.. There were some snafus which were resolved as quickly as possible. The furnace needed to be installed horizontally, and the first one sent was carefully checked and had to be exchanged. There was another part that needed adjusting. The heat pump was put on the roof and everything hooked up. The installation also included a smart thermostat- which experienced a problem with cooling. Sean and Raj returned the next week and managed to resolve the issue. The team was very hard-working, calm in the face of problems and always friendly and pleasant. Sean is a thoughtful person true professional who I would very highly recommend!
