Upon Richards suggestion we do need a new furnace for sure. He arranged for Chris to come out and he gave us a quote on furnace and air. We didn't proceed at that time due to financial reasons but we will be going ahead with a furnace in the spring for sure and it will be done by your company.

On January 4, 2015 our home furnace quit working. Justin showed up later that day and found the thermostat was not working. He was great (very friendly and very knowledgeable) and got things working again with a temporary thermostat. The next day Richard arrived and replaced the thermostat and again he was great (very friendly and knowledgeable). Great company, great technicians!

Hired The Furnace Company back in spring of 2015. The sales guy was very friendly and appeared to be quite knowledgeable and understood what was needed and why (move furnace from middle of basement to wall so the stack no longer goes through the kitchen, so we may knock this wall down later). We ended up also getting a tankless water heater. As I was quite busy with my schedule at work on the only available day they were able to install I had asked my sister to allow them in and out of the house and that they arrive on time, so that I may still get to work on time in order to make a meeting, so I may be able to explain the locations of where all the extra ducting was required and confirm where the location of the furnace and hot water tank was to be located. An hour and a half had gone by, with no answers from their office or from the cell phone of my sales rep. At that point I decided to drive to their office location myself and find out what was going on since even my calls had gone unanswered. The ladies in the office then informed me that they were all in some surprise meeting with "the boss" and they all failed to call me to inform me of this delay (even though I explicitly asked for this time to be kept).

After they finally showed up 3 hours later my sales rep had called me and promised to make up for the issue, but never ended up hearing anything again.

Due to the tankless hot water being added in, it needed an electrical outlet and that they were only temporarily going to run extension cords to the nearest line and that their electrician would come out and add it in. This never occurred, I informed my sales rep a month later that I still had not heard back. Still nothing. 6 months later I received an alert reminder for service, the service tech arrived and said that they set up the reminders incorrectly and that it should be every 12 months, not every 6 months. He still replaced my filter and was quite courteous (even calling in advance to let me know he was already on his way and asked if it was ok to be early), but I had asked about the electrician coming in... again still have not heard anything.

Although they have been terrible with their follow up, I am quite happy with the new tankless water heater and furnace that I received through them. Comparing my heating bills from last year I've nearly cut the bills down to a quarter of what it was before. Their dealings after the initial installation and before have not been as turbulent and now consider this issue a potential "one of" due to their surprise meeting that caused them to be extremely delayed and should not be pinned on the guys who did the install, but on their manager for poor communication.

My furnace quit on me on Christmas Day. Justin arrived within 2 hours, which for Christmas Day, was fantastic! Unfortunately, the furnace could not be repaired, and I decided to purchase a new furnace. Chris came out the next day, and explained all my options. Installation was arranged for Tuesday. Kevin and Oren arrived on time, and were friendly and courteous. The installation was done timely, and guys cleaned up really well before they left. Everything was explained to me, and confirmed that I understood. I had a great experience, and would highly recommend Kevin and Oren, and Reliance.

our furnace broke down few times in this month. I called Reliance Furnace company their techs were really professionals always on time. They always explained me what was wrong with furnace and what can be done to fix the issue. All the techs were polite and even offered me discount on the service. I will defiantly recommend reliance furnace company to my friends and will recommend people buying their furnace care program.

I got a great feeling the first time I met Mike from Reliance. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn't put down other brands or competitors. I was still in the early stages of my research, shopping and comparison process at this stage. I was looking at the three major furnace brands and studying the 3 models from each brand--the high efficiency single stage, dual stage and the ecm(multi-stage) and after reading for several days, decided on the dual stage high efficiency model.
The next stage was to decide which brand to go with. In the mean time I had a few text/phone exchanges with Mike and each time he responded to my queries within minutes. With a view to keeping the story short, after considerable research and comparison I decided to go with Lennox EL296V model along with the fan forced humidifier through Reliance--mostly due to Mike. I was looking at a Nest thermostat but, thanks to Mike, I ended up with Lennox icomfort-wifi thermostat and I am very pleased with it.

Ross and Kyle were the team who installed the furnace and they did a great job. However, due to heavy snow fall the previous night, they couldn't complete the chimney liner installation but Reliance sent another team promptly after the snow melted and the whole installation was passed by the city inspector.
Just a note for potential customers. If you are looking to rent, then this doesn't apply. But, if want to buy it outright and are offered a 6 month or 1 year rental etc, be aware of the terms. If you miss the deadline even by a bit, you end up renting it for life.

Monday, sales consultant Chris comes to the house to discuss products and provide an estimate. By Friday afternoon, we had a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. The a/c will be inspected and charged in the spring, but its installed. I can speak very highly of the whole deal and highly recommend this company. Chris was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation team of Kevin and Drew were thorough, efficient, worked hard and fast, cleaned up everything afterward, provided a lot of great advice, and were very pleasant. The process was a pleasure from start to finish. Well done.

We bought a new furnice in 2011 and we were very pleased with the company at that time. Unfortunately, over the past 4 years we had several problems with the furnace. Luckily, we have warrant. What really upsets me is dealing with the call center to get an appointment booked. When you get finally through to a call centre assistant, you talk for 10 min (!) about my address. They are never able to find it since my Street does not have a name, it has numbers. Then, they want to sell us a warranty, which we already have. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes on the phone to get an appointment! The technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable but to deal with this company is very frustrating and I would not recommend it.

Had my furnace inspected recently and they did a very detailed job. They managed to find a crack and helped me pick out a more modern furnace. they even came to my home the following day to replace it thanks to Bryce and drew!
