Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Our furnace broke early on a Saturday morning. Reliance was fast and efficient - we had a tech scheduled for the 1-5pm window that afternoon. Richard (our tech) called to get more information and immediately suggested that we have someone from sales come to save us the cost of repairing our current furnace as well as purchasing a likely replacement. Chris (sales) was able to come by early and explained all of our options clearly - no pressure to choose any specific furnace - then set up the installation for Monday. The installation was quick and went without any problems - Matt and Yan showed up early and finished earlier than expected. They walked us through the thermostat programming, and were courteous and efficient the whole time. We are very happy with our experience with Reliance, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for furnace needs.

We got various quotes and ended up choosing Reliance. They gave us the best quote and were easy to work with. The install process was smooth and prompt, and we have been very happy with our unit.

After getting several quotes, I chose Reliance because of their apparent desire to provide excellent service, their warranty. Right from the beginning with sales rep. Janice to the Installers Jamie and Dustin they did a very good job. There was a problem with the thermostat and as I wanted a hard wired one, they promptly sent out their electrician and installed it rather than the wireless. Darren their Senior Installer and Technician was out and went over the operation wth me. All in all, excellent.

I booked a HWT install and the guys from Reliant (Matt & Yan) were awesome. They called to confirm the installation in the morning & to tell me what time they would be here. They were right on time and very friendly and personable. The whole removal and install took about an hour and they were fast and efficient. I would definately recommend this company and thier employees. Very happy with the service.

Chris from Sales clearly explained options, benefits, costs and the install process. There were no unpleasant surprises when the install did occur. The new furnace is performing as promised.

Kevin and Drew did the removal and install. I would describe them as competent, careful, thorough and helpful. They are good at what they do.

We moved to home and our furnace was old. I called reliance due to high recommendation rates! They were professional, fast and efficient! We got new furnace in week time!

The service technicians were very professional and did their job well. However the call centre is another matter. My appointment was changed because they company didn't work on Saturday, but they chose the day. then it was changed a second time because they don't work on Nov 11. When I spoke to the call centre about the second appt I pointed out that Nov 11 was a holiday in Alberta but they didn't seem to think it would matter. It took over 2 months to finally get an appointment. Very poor customer service! Also when you call the call centre it takes ages to get through because of the menu. I strongly suggest you go back to a local office answering your customer calls. I don't think I would use this company again, the people at the call centre are clueless.

Kevin and Drew replaced my 37 year old furnace today with a brand new one. They were professional and efficient in their work, gave a really good educational overview of the equipment, left my house clean, and were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them. Chris was my sales representative, and he was honest, clear and no-pressure when he presented my options. This has been an overall great experience - thank you!

Had a furnace and water heater installed today and would like to commend your two installers, Mike & Yan. They did an excellent job in record time. Very courteous and efficient.
Cleaned up nicely when they were finished and explained all
my questions. Thanks for a job well done. Charlene followed up after the job was completed to ensure we were satisfied with the service.
