icare responded immediately to our request for a new hot water tank installation after our tank began to leak. They came the next day, and assessed that the existing tank size and exhaust installation was incorrect, causing the tank to have a shorter lifespan than expected. The following day they came and installed the correct sized tank, fixed the exhaust pipe, and took the existing tank away for a very competitive price. They even coordinated directly with my tenant, who was difficult to get a hold of. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was well informed throughout the whole process. They are an extremely responsive team and did an excellent job. Thank you!!

Works great since installed, weve turn on the AC two week ago, the unit was super quite and very fast cooling down our house.
