I own a hair salon and I needed to replace an AO Smith PV50N 50 Gal. 40000 BTU commercial gas water heater that was no longer working. I posted the job on HomeStars and got a call back in less than one minute. I sent them pictures, discussed the job and agreed a price. They showed up the very next day and completed the install including disposal of the old unit in less than two hours for an amount significantly lower than all other quotes. They were professional and knowledgeable as well. We will definitely hire ICare again for future water heaters.

icare responded immediately to our request for a new hot water tank installation after our tank began to leak. They came the next day, and assessed that the existing tank size and exhaust installation was incorrect, causing the tank to have a shorter lifespan than expected. The following day they came and installed the correct sized tank, fixed the exhaust pipe, and took the existing tank away for a very competitive price. They even coordinated directly with my tenant, who was difficult to get a hold of. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was well informed throughout the whole process.
