I bought a top-of-the-line washer dryer from Tasco and the purchase process was very pleasing. Steve was more than eager to complete the sale, and he promised I’d have my top-of-the-line w/d for life.. he was serious (ie. I’d have it for life whether I liked it or not). When I called Steve and told him that the dryer was awful, he back-tracked on his promise to ensure I’d be a happy customer (after I asked up front about the performance of what I bought) and he told me that Tasco would not stand behind me and that I was in the hands of Miele who, if I was to talk to very nicely, might help me out. In other words, Tasco didn’t back me up even though I bought from them. Miele, well, is another story…
Bottom line: support, customer service, or trust, is not what Tasco is about. Buyer beware.
