Purchase all of our appliances at Tasco for our new house. Price was competitive however service was not. We felt good choosing Tasco when we placed our order. The sales person we placed our order was very helpful and professional. He unfortunately went on sick leave and the service we received aftewards went downhill. We had to deal with different sales rep which were non responsive and couldn't care less of our purchase. We received the wrong sized hood and the beverage centre we ordered the door opened on the oposite side. Dealing with their customer service department is an experience on its own. I did come across one good sales rep at the mississauga location. He took the time to listen and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. If you need to go to Tasco (mississauga) ask for Nelson Chokshi. i'm sure he will take good care of you. I'm very disappointed with Tasco i expected to served by "appliance professionals".

What could this company do to improve their services?
with respect to their mississauga location i would hire people that are motivated to sell and provide good customer service. A level of service that will make the buying experience a memorable one. One that you are sure to get word of mouth business. I understand the can't please every customer but at least give it a try.
