We purchased all of appliances at Tasco in Pickering in 2013 and our in-store experience was fantastic and the price was comparable to other retailers. Our issue is with the extended warranty program. When you need a repair, there are so many companies involved and it seems like none of them communicate to each other including the technicians. Our dishwasher has been in a state of disrepair for over two months now and continues remain unrepaired despite 3 visits (now parts are on order, so there will be at least 1 more visit). I have spent countless hours on the phone with these companies (tasco, comerco and trans global services) and once they assign a technician, who contacts you and attempts to unilaterally schedule an appointment at different time than what was scheduled through one of the aforementioned companies. Despite our in store experience, I would never buy another appliance from Tasco due to the low level of service received from their extended warranty companies. I am not sure if Tasco is even aware of the low level service that these companies are providing.
