Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear you were not pleased with the service you received as we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We understand our Service Manager has been in contact with you regarding your pump that has since been replaced. He also noted a water loss issue and has mentioned you are scheduled to have the hot tub brought to our in house service centre to run diagnostics and address any issues at no charge under the extended warranty. The electrical hook up is the only expense you will incur to ensure everything is set up to code and ready to run at your leisure. Hi Bev, thank you for voicing your concerns to us. We take our customer issues very seriously and want to see this corrected. Since this post, I understand that both our service manager and I have tried to contact you to confirm the installation and the additional service repairs that are needed. We can't install the liner until the other repairs are completed to ensure your warranty of the liner is valid. I apologize for the delay and back and forth, please contact either Chris or myself to get this resolved.

HI Michael, I am so sorry that this happened. I spoke to our Vaughan General Manager and I believe they have tried to contact you regarding this issue.
