Swimming Pools, Spas & Hot Tubs review in Vaughan

I had some initial problems due to some apparently defective equipment. After dealing with the staff at Pioneer they immediately arranged for the equipment to be replaced and ensured everything was working properly.

$6,700.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

HI Michael, I am so sorry that this happened. I spoke to our Vaughan General Manager and I believe they have tried to contact you regarding this issue. I bought a new pool and equipment and had it installed by Pioneer. My salt water system malfunctioned within 2 weeks and I've attempted to get assistance however there has been no help. They were in constant contact before they received their final payment however nothing now!! Horrible customer service I would never recommend this company to anyone.
