Couch chair and love seat

A piece on our chair was missing for assembly. Tried for 2 wks to get a hold of customer service. Left multiple messages on answering service and on supervisors answering services. Finally a tech was supposed to come out. Didn't show. No calls. Again. Can not get a hold of customer service left more messages. And still has a half assembled chair sitting in my living room. Would never buy from them again nor ever recommend them to anyone

Matress

I bought a Mattress on Dec.7th. Not even 3 weeks later, we felt the springs popping up....it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep on that mattress for five minutes, let alone sleep on it for a whole night. We went back, the first week of January, to ask for an exchange. At that time, we were told to call the service department. Which we did. And guess what...apparently they cant do anything, because we didn't get the extended warranty. Which we didn't get, because the sales person, Rico, told us that we have the right to try out the mattress for a minimum of 21 days, and come back then, if we were not satisfied. Well, apparently, those words were all just to lure us into buying the mattress. Now, we are still sleeping on a defected mattress....because it is clearly a manufacturer's defect, which no one wants to take care of. We had a technician come in and look at it on January 22nd. We were told, that some would contact us within 5 to 7 business days. It is February 10th, and no one has contacted us. I have tried calling, at least three times, every day...and never got through...left messages every time. I left my last message 10 minutes ago. And I told them, that if I don't get a response within an hour, I will go to the paper with the pictures of the mattress. I wake up with back pain, every morning. All I know is, that I will never go back to Lastman's for anything. It is sad, how they completed ruined my first impression with them.

sofas

Purchased 2 couches to match both with separate warranties.
When i called costumer service to report a broken peace of wood inside the couch. It took the technitian about 3 weeks to come out and make a report but forgot to send it back to head office. After another 3 weeks i decided to call and they had no record of the report and had to call the technician and ask for the report. Now they no longer make the couch i needed replaced. Forced to choose something else now when everything is over priced. They should compensate for my trouble but instead want to charge me the difference with a new set that is not the same as the one i wanted and try to pressure me to buy something quick and tell me the manufacturer will wash its hands if i don't choose something before 30 days when its not my fault it took them so long to resolve my problem that should have been dealt with sooner since i had purchased the warranties they said would resolve this kind of problem!

Bad Boys

Purchased a dining set at Bad Boys on Kennedy Rd in Scarborough, good sales rep helped us through our purchase. Delivery was not a problem.
We found several defects, called within 48 hours to file our concerns and have had a technician come by to analyze the defects. We filed the concerns in December.

We have not heard from anyone since and have tried multiple times on many occasions to contact our representative for our case file. The rep did not EVER call us back after we CONTINUALLY left msgs asking her to call us because we would like to know what is happening with our file. She does NOT pick up her phone when we are directed to her number.
It is now mid february and to date, she has not once given us a call back. We spoke to her ONCE after we made a huge fuss with customer service. The one time she spoke to us, she was rude and short treating us like we were not worth her time.

I have been directed to customer service about 15 times already and you have to wait MINIMUM 10-20 minutes before customer service picks up and even then, they cannnot help you much because it has to go back to the rep to deal with.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
She is giving bad boys a very bad reputation - cannot believe we are being treated like garbage when we just want to follow up on our file.

Kitchen

We purchased a new home and wanted to buy 5 new appliances in the Barrie store for delivery in Brampton. The staff was helpful in assisting us pick our appliances, however we were disappointed when we got the washer home and found out it's rather more basic than we had hoped, the sales lady could have easily sold us a higher end unit had she only taken the time to explain the features to us. The actual purchasing experience reminded me of buying a used car, that manager wanted to make a deal, and they were pushing the extended warranty, but that's pretty standard these days.

We received the appliances in our new home a few weeks later, all seemed fine until we turned on the stove to find that the stove top was installed backwards. We phoned the store, only to be told by the manager that there's nothing they would do, even though they sold and delivered a clearly defective unit. We phoned customer server who was down right RUDE.We've purchased appliances from other retailers in the past, and at times, it happens, things are defective from the factory, they have always been replaced with an apology. Not bad boy, just rudeness and being told it's my problem. Well, my money wasn't defective, so why was the product you sold me?

sofa

I bought a sofa 2 years ago real leather and no warranty! 3 months after purchase the sofa started to crack and peel! I call to complain no one had any answers for me! i also did not have alot of time on my hand to keep calling and being transfer from person to person and still no one gave me an explanation! one year later i called and still no one is able to help me ! now they are staying that i should of bought warranty i know that but i also thought that a #2000 sofa was suppose to last me more than 1 year! i am very upset about and i will take them to court!

Vanity table

My wife and I bought a bedroom set at the Finch location a few months ago and were pretty happy with the purchase, so we came back and bought a vanity table at the same store. The table came with some pieces missing, things happen, so I filed a service order the day after the delivery. To make a long story short, it's been a month and a half now and nothing was done to resolve the situation. In all this time I only received one general email from the service center, in response to my update request, telling me to wait a little longer. When I asked them to provide me with an approximate time-frame, my email was simply ignored. Needless to say, as a repeat, paying customer, I'm offended by the way I am being treated, and I am, certainly, not going to shop at Bad Boy again.

sofa set

Rude customer service in Mississauga store
I went with some friends
bought a sofa set few weeks ago
from a very nice salesman ,he was patient ,joking around ,taking the time to show me around ,when it comes to front desk ,rude girl is talking loudly and giving attitude for repeating some questions regarding payments options as you are asking her money not giving , I was upset she puts me down ,he tried to calm me saying she is rude to every one even her manager is worst ,nothing personal and kept joking of himself to take my mind away
,last week we went to North York store ,what a professional salesman and wonderful helping customer service with pleasant smile ,Thanks to everybody there made me feel like a queen

Bonded Leather Couch

Bonded Leather Couch Cracking
I purchased a new bonded leather couch last year with a 4 year extra warranty against cracking, rips, peeling. Couch is now peeeling. I called Badboy Nov 25 2014. They cam out to look at it the week after. hey contact me just before Christmas to inform me that they will call me the first week after the holidays to arrange a date for pick up a repair.Its now Jan 19 2015 and with may phone calls to their head office asking for action. Im still waiting. These guys keep promising me that someone would call me but still no phone call.

Next state of action from me will be small claims and New Papers.

Please DO NOT BUT FROM BADBOY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

7 piece kitchen dinette

My husband and I had purchased a 7 piece dinette set back in October 2013 and it wasn't long before we started having issues with it. The day it was delivered I had to have a chair replaced because it was broken. Our table keeps getting stains and scratches in it. The only good thing about the table is its sturdy. Our chairs are falling apart where buttons are falling off, puncture holes happen very easily, chair legs are loosening and close to falling off. We are constantly having to tighten them. We had purchased an extended warranty that was suppose to cover everything as per discussed with the gentleman we were dealing with. I had called to complain once before after we purchased it and a tech had said that they would have service contact me between 24 and 48 hours to come out. They never did. Now again, I called on Monday Jan 12 to complain that we are having all kinds of issues with the set and when I contacted customer service they informed me that I only got the 5 year surface warranty for my set which doesn't include and chairs...JUST the TABLE TOP :(. I paid $90.00 for an extended warranty that was suppose to cover the whole set NOT just a table top. I could really care less about the table top at this point as my main concern is my chairs as I run a home daycare and that is the last thing I need is children being injured because of poor quality furniture. The customer service rep told me that I would get a call within 48 hours for someone to come out and look at my table top only. In regards to the rest I contacted a service manager the same day and left a message to call me back as they did not answer their phone. This was Monday. By Thursday still no phone call from the manager so i called again and left another message for a manager to call me back. I did however receive a call from the repairman and asked if i would be home Friday between 10am and 12 pm. I said yes. Friday comes and Im waiting and waiting and waiting...it is now 5:30pm and they never showed up. Still no call from the manager either. All I can say is that I am extremely dissasstified with the company and will never shop there again and will be telling my story to all my friends and family and encourage them not to shop there as the customer service is absolutely terrible !!!!
