My wife and I bought a bedroom set at the Finch location a few months ago and were pretty happy with the purchase, so we came back and bought a vanity table at the same store. The table came with some pieces missing, things happen, so I filed a service order the day after the delivery. To make a long story short, it's been a month and a half now and nothing was done to resolve the situation. In all this time I only received one general email from the service center, in response to my update request, telling me to wait a little longer. When I asked them to provide me with an approximate time-frame, my email was simply ignored. Needless to say, as a repeat, paying customer, I'm offended by the way I am being treated, and I am, certainly, not going to shop at Bad Boy again.
