Purchased 2 couches to match both with separate warranties.
When i called costumer service to report a broken peace of wood inside the couch. It took the technitian about 3 weeks to come out and make a report but forgot to send it back to head office. After another 3 weeks i decided to call and they had no record of the report and had to call the technician and ask for the report. Now they no longer make the couch i needed replaced. Forced to choose something else now when everything is over priced. They should compensate for my trouble but instead want to charge me the difference with a new set that is not the same as the one i wanted and try to pressure me to buy something quick and tell me the manufacturer will wash its hands if i don't choose something before 30 days when its not my fault it took them so long to resolve my problem that should have been dealt with sooner since i had purchased the warranties they said would resolve this kind of problem!
