My husband and I had purchased a 7 piece dinette set back in October 2013 and it wasn't long before we started having issues with it. The day it was delivered I had to have a chair replaced because it was broken. Our table keeps getting stains and scratches in it. The only good thing about the table is its sturdy. Our chairs are falling apart where buttons are falling off, puncture holes happen very easily, chair legs are loosening and close to falling off. We are constantly having to tighten them. We had purchased an extended warranty that was suppose to cover everything as per discussed with the gentleman we were dealing with. I had called to complain once before after we purchased it and a tech had said that they would have service contact me between 24 and 48 hours to come out. They never did. Now again, I called on Monday Jan 12 to complain that we are having all kinds of issues with the set and when I contacted customer service they informed me that I only got the 5 year surface warranty for my set which doesn't include and chairs...JUST the TABLE TOP :(. I paid $90.00 for an extended warranty that was suppose to cover the whole set NOT just a table top. I could really care less about the table top at this point as my main concern is my chairs as I run a home daycare and that is the last thing I need is children being injured because of poor quality furniture. The customer service rep told me that I would get a call within 48 hours for someone to come out and look at my table top only. In regards to the rest I contacted a service manager the same day and left a message to call me back as they did not answer their phone. This was Monday. By Thursday still no phone call from the manager so i called again and left another message for a manager to call me back. I did however receive a call from the repairman and asked if i would be home Friday between 10am and 12 pm. I said yes. Friday comes and Im waiting and waiting and waiting...it is now 5:30pm and they never showed up. Still no call from the manager either. All I can say is that I am extremely dissasstified with the company and will never shop there again and will be telling my story to all my friends and family and encourage them not to shop there as the customer service is absolutely terrible !!!!
