Bosch washing machine

Don’t look at their misleading website stating a 5 star customer service record, read peoples ACTUAL reviews on multiple search engines especially Better Business Bureau! BBB rates this business an F for all the complaints they received.

I didn’t read the reviews and hired them to repair my washer and experienced rushed diagnoses without removing any parts, just the covers. Wrong diagnosis and information provided. Ignoring my calls with no effort to resolve anything. Cost me $90 for 10 minutes, I feel taken advantage of.

Dishwasher

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please share!!!!

I called Sos Appliance Repair Feb 27th to get someone to come out and look at our broken dishwasher. They sent out a repair man that day. He called me to tell me the dishwasher was an easy fix and that it would cost around $400 to fix it. I then asked him if it was even worth for me to fix it or if I should go out and buy a new one! He ensured me "100%" that he was sure we didn't need a new one and that it was a quick fix. He "fixed" the dishwasher, took my payment and left. 2 minutes after he left the dishwasher broke again. I called to see if he would come back and look again. It was at this time the girl on the phone told me "sorry he said he can't fix it, he was wrong and we will offer you a full refund, the money will be back on your card in 3 weeks."

3 weeks go by and still no money back on my card so I called the Calgary office and the girl said "there was a new girl training and she forgot to get all of your information so I now need your credit card information and authorization numbers off of the debit slipts and then we can put that money back on your card.......in 3 weeks!"

My first question was why did no one call me to let me know.... but then another 3 weeks went by and still no money on my card!!!

So then I call the Toronto Office and ask what is going on!?!?! The girl on the phone then informs me that they tried to refund my money 2 weeks ago but the girl got my credit card information wrong so it did not go through!! At this point I am very up set and ask when it will be put back on my card??? She told me she would call the accountant and find out. I asked if a manager was available but apparently every single manager and owner were all on vacation! So i ended that call with her promising she would call me back to let me know when the money would be back on my card......she never called me back!

So the next day I called the Toronto office again!! Spoke to a girl and tried to explain how poorly things have gone so far with this refund! Shw interrupted me several times and told me this was not her problem and she was to busy to deal with my issues and that I should just be patient and it would be 3 more weeks!!!!! Ok now I am MAD! I nicley asked her her name... she refused to give it to me. So I asked to speak to a manager right away! She told me no mangers where there eveyone of them are still on vacation "besides they wouldn't want to deal with a 5 year old child like yourself" and hung up on me!!!!!

Now I am really upset!! I called the Calgary head office and spoke to a very nice girl who apologized for her colleagues behavor towards me, she promised to get a solution, call a manager and get back to me first thing in the morning!!

Waited patiently all day friday for this phone call from a manger...... as you guessed it! No one called me back!! I called and apparently the girl I spoke to the day before left for an early weekend!!!

Ok sat, sun go by and I called first thing Monday morning! Spoke to a girl who said "the owner will be back in the office Wednesday morning and I will have him call you first thing and the refund will be processed Wednesday at the lastest!

It is now Friday! So 10 days after the first 6 weeks I have been waiting! Still no refund! Still not 1 phone call from a manger of any kind!!!!!

I want my refund plus the interest for the 2 months that this money sat on my card!!! I will NEVER use this company again and I advise everyone to stay away! There 100% satisfaction garenteed is a load of crap!!!!

Please share this around the net!! I want this company exposed for what it really is! Also don't want anyone else dealing with there rude staff!!!

Ken more washer repair

My washer completely broke down and I was able to have a tech come out and fix within 2 hrs! He was very friendly and knew what he was doing! I would recommend this service.

appliance repair

There are 2 positive things I cans say, one is that they came within 24 hours of phoning them, secondly the woman working the phone and appts has decent manners. Otherwise they were dishonest about talking to my or my partner claiming that they'd spoken to one of us. Then their timelines on when they would return was way off, and they didn't bother to call to keep us updated. Their manager's phone manners are horrible and they never did any follow up even when they said they would.

Fastening loose Miele dishwasher

$400 service charge!!!! I called SOS to say that the screws in our Miele dishwasher had come loose and needed to be refastened. A technician came out and spent less than 15 minutes putting in 4 screws. He told me that there was a standard service charge (he didn't mention an amount) and called the office to see if I could get a discount since he only put in 4 screws. I got a $40 discount and was charged $360 plus tax. I was shocked, since I hadn't been informed in advance what the service call would cost. I have called the office 3 times to discuss this outrageous charge, but Mino (the manager) has chosen to ignore me. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and Miele to report this company.

GE Profile Energy Star refrigerator

Do NOT recommend, terrible experience with this company in Calgary. They do not provide quality service and customer follow-up service is non-existent.

Website claims as follows were not met:

Done Right the First Time: False; fridge developed the same problem (stopped cooling) in less than a month.
30 years' Experience: Technician told me he had four months' experience in Canada and two years prior to that in Israel
Skilled/Expert Technicians: During the repair they kept calling back to the company to ask questions; didn't seem very skilled to me. Technician's 'helper' told me he had four months' experience, had only been in Canada four months.
Efficient Repairs: False; problem was misdiagnosed, costly 'repair' performed (computer board replaced) and fridge failed again in less than a month with exactly the same problem. Technicians returned and recommended a second costly repair, this time to a different part. I declined. Assessment by another appliance firm diagnosed a compressor failure, saying no matter what other part was replaced the repair would not last and the fridge was not worth repairing.
15% Seniors' discount: False; technician told me he "could give me 10%"
Gold Star warranty on all parts and labour: Warranty turned out to be three months only on parts
Five-star Customer service record: False, more than a dozen complaints on HomeStars. No one has returned my calls or emails; all attempts to contact the company have been ignored.
