WARNING!!! Do not contact SOS Appliance Repair for your appliance repair needs. I have had a horrible experience in dealing with this company. I am a competent person who expects very little, except what is promised. After paying $435 my dryer was not fixed and a second opinion from another company recommended that I replace the part that had already, supposedly, been replaced by SOS - yes, I am going so far as to accuse SOS of fraud. It is very likely that the $435 part that was "replaced" in my dryer was not actually replaced at all. I was told that the part would be replaced "a second time" at no charge, but waited more than 6 weeks for the part to come in, only to be told that the wrong part had been ordered and that I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Further, in every instance that I have tried to reach out to someone within the company other than the receptionist (who has no power over anything) I would not get a call or email back. You can be sure that if you do use SOS and have issues after the fact, the customer service WILL NOT be there. This company has had multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau (and has not responsed to them) and I am proceeding with a lawsuit against them. I have finally given up and bought a new dryer :) Again, DO NOT contact this company
