Jeff from LegitFix is a very smart, knowledgeable and extremely efficient technician. He is also very nice and has great interpersonal skills. When he came to look into the problem with our freezer, Jeff diagnosed the issue very quickly and offered a couple of solutions with very reasonable pricing. Once we agreed, he worked diligently on it and resolved it. He cleaned up everything and offered some good advice for future. Great service ! Highly recommended.

When our fridge/freezer stopped working I called Jeff who was there the same day. It turned out the issue was intermittent so he gave some tips to help confirm that the issue was what he suspected.

Jeff was here about 45 mins troubleshooting, gave a quote for the part which he believed needs replacing and will return once the troubleshooting confirms this. Callout fee only paid to this point.

Lint had come in contact with the heating element and caused a burning smell. Legitfix came and took the dryer apart and did a thorough cleaning and ran it to make sure everything was safe. Great work!

Jeff is amazing. He came highly referred, and offered a number of solutions for me try myself before coming through to the house / charging, which was incredibly kind of him to do. It turns out my Viking fridge needed the ice maker replaced, and Jeff came through with the replacement part and after quickly diagnosing the issue, replaced the part and the ice maker is working perfectly now. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about getting the best possible outcome for the Client in the most cost effective way.

My dishwasher was showing the Error code E25 and was not draining properly! Jeff came and assess the problem, installed a new pump, and fixed the drainage hose! He is very knowledgeable and quick! I chose LegitFix because of their long track record of positive reviews and the initial phone conversation, which was professional and established a level of trust. Jeff was great. Not only did he fix the issue, but that he accommodated me on the same day, after what most would consider the end of a workday, speaks volumes to his dedication. Jeff was a good communicator; we were in touch all day before he got to my place and he explained everything he was doing while fixing my dryer, from diagnosis to resolution. In the end, he replaced a part which he brought with him (he was prepared) and the issue is now gone. Time will tell if it will stay gone, but if it does, it will be well worth the money - which was reasonable, considering it would have been a pain to replace the dryer never mind finding something that is of the same size and that would stack on top of my washer. My dryer is 10 years old, and Whirlpool just doesn't make them in that form factor any more. Of note, Jeff has a 90 day guarantee, which is reassuring. Thanks, Jeff.
