We thought we had made up our mind regarding an installer and product therefore we almost cancelled our appointment with Alex from Windows by Installer for an estimate. Thank heavens we didnt cancel. He gave us an open, honest, professional and concise presentation that wowed us. What he offered for services and the product he recommenced has turned out to be one of the best investments we have made in our home in the 18 years we have been here (and well below the several other estimates we received). Alex is the owner, sales team, AND he is on the job, working and Q.C.-ing. His installers (not subcontractors) were polite, respectful of our home, and skilled professionals. His office staff, Dan, in particular, was an absolute delight to work with answering all of my MANY detailed inquiries with precision and a most cheery disposition. Dan's attention to detail ensured that no detail on the final product came as a surprise or problem. Alex and his installers were punctual for every event from estimate through completion. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I contacted Windows by installer for an estimate on replacing 4 big windows in my sun room, as well as the door to the room from the outside. The room was very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter and old window frames basically rotting away. Alex was present for an in home estimate within 48 hours. He sat with my wife and I and took his time giving all the options without trying to up-sell. We decided to go with Windows by installer and since we made that decision, Alex and his staff were in constant contact via phone and email, answering all our questions. After the initial agreement, we decided to add a front door, which we were able to arrange over email, going very smoothly.
3 weeks after the contractors came to measure the house, they were back and ready to install. They were prompt, professional, cleaned up everything and their work is outstanding. With the new windows and door in the sun room, the temperature is the same as it is in the entire house, basically, problem solved and much more aesthetically pleasing. The front door increased the curb appeal of our home tremendously.

The doors and windows in my house were originals ('76) and in very poor condition. I called WBI and Alex, owner, came out to give me an estimate. He showed me several product lines so I had options and price ranges to choose from. I was even invited to the showroom/warehouse to see the product firsthand. I contracted with WBI on Sept 24, 2015. Alex explained the order would be custom-built and would be shipped in about three weeks. Upon arrival, the installation was scheduled for Oct 20, 2015. The team of four, led by Roman, arrived as scheduled and completed the work in about four hours with few problems. They caulked, patched where needed, and cleaned up to my satisfaction. All of them were extremely patient with me as I worried through the entire installation and were very, very kind. Charlie bars and door handles were installed two days later. The only glitch in the whole experience was that the screens for the patio doors and two windows did not arrive with the original order and it took almost three weeks to get them to complete the order. No payment was expected or even asked for until they arrived and were installed on Nov 14, 2015. All in all, it was a relatively pleasant experience. I love my new windows and doors and would definitely recommend WBI to any other homeowners.

Windows are one of the biggest investment in a home so this wasn't an easy choice to find the right company. Fortunately and thankfully I stumbled upon this company through HOMESTARS so I decided to give them a call for a quote. Long story short, Eddie came by and gave us a quote and patiently listened to our needs and recommended the necessary windows to install along with a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Communication was a breeze as this company picks up their phone and willing to answer all your questions. When the installation day came, the people who did the job was absolutely marvellous. Not one complaint at all. Definitely made the right choice and will recommend this company to anyone reading. You won't be disappointed.

Purchased a 30 year old house where 1/2 the windows were changed. Had about 10 estimates come through--Roman was very professional, worked with our ideas and made recommendations based on our specifications. Order was taken and windows delivered and installed within the timeframe. Windows installers were professional--had issue with side panels that were not what was ordered but were replaced when ordered and installed at a later date. Would definitely use them again and would recommend for professional installation and work. Thanks Roman!!

Windows by installer were terrific. We looked at three companies and basing it on their product and warranties they have the most reasonable price. We find a little problem in our windows and they came and fixed it. They were very professional. The workers showed up right on time. They worked consistently and cleaned up everything. They finished the job for two days. We were never left with an open window overnight. We recommended them to our neighbors

Alex worked his installation around my hectic schedule, the installation was done professionally, no problems. The quality of the window framing is so superior to the Pella windows. The windows open and close easily and the screens are fine enough to keep out the bugs (no so with previous windows).
I waited until now to write this review because I wanted to collect actual temperature data. The installation of the new windows altered the room temperature by 6 degrees. I turned off the ac before the installation and after so I could find out whether this was really making a difference and I was surprised by how big a difference it made. I also wanted to see how the windows held up in a severe storm so I had to wait a while for rain. I'm happy to report that there were no leaks, no problems.
Now that we are having cooler weather, I've been opening and closing the windows daily and they slide smoothly. You don't need any heavy force to open and close them.

The sales person arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and polite. Was able to answer all of my questions. The person who did the actual measuring of the windows arrived on time. Was done in less than 30 minutes taking all of the measurements. Was able to answer the few questions I had. The crew arrived on time and began work right away. It was scheduled to be a 1 1/2 day job, but got finished in 1 day Windows by Installer was quick, efficient and very professional. They made sure the floors were protected and cleaned everything when they were finished. I would use them again for sure.

The workers showed up at 8:45 am (we were told they would be here between 8-10 am). They re-measured all windows to make sure measurements were accurate before they began tearing them down. There were three men who all new their jobs and they worked very well together. They did not take a break until 1pm when I saw them eating their lunch. After about 15 minutes they started all over again and did not stop until the job was complete at 6:40pm. There was very little mess, which was cleaned up with their own vacuum. I am very impressed with their work ethic and would NOT hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. The windows look great!! They did a wonderful job of installing, insulating, caulking, cleaning up and washing the windows.

The team showed up on time. The leader, Alex, introduced himself and his assistant, Dimitri. After showing them the windows and patio door that were to be replaced, they went right to work. Alex asked if he could use a parking space close to the worksite just to unload the what they would need to complete the job. I pointed out a space where they could park with the understanding that he would move the truck into my parking space and he did. Alex started with the installation of the patio door while Dimitri started installation on one of the five windows. They worked at a steady pace. Once the patio door was installed, Alex proceeded to assist with the remaining windows. By mid-day, they were close to working on the last window. The guys didn't incur any problems and were very pleasant during the whole process. The work was completed in the allotted time. From set-up to clean up, the guys did an excellent job. Alex walked me through to review/inspect the completed work. Overall, Window by Installer was an experience I will always remember. From beginning to end, service was excellent!
