Europa Moving did a good job of unloading our truck and moving furniture and boxes into my mom's apartment. It took 5 hours which was very reasonable given the apartment was on the 3rd floor and the 26-foot truck was completely full. The 3-man crew was courteous, punctual, careful with furniture, and did not stop working until the job was finished. I was charged the hourly rate and fees as previously agreed to -- no hidden fees or extra charges. All of our belongings were unloaded with no damages. I would recommend Europa Moving for anyone in the GTA area needing help with loading or unloading.

Alex worked his installation around my hectic schedule, the installation was done professionally, no problems. The quality of the window framing is so superior to the Pella windows. The windows open and close easily and the screens are fine enough to keep out the bugs (no so with previous windows). I waited until now to write this review because I wanted to collect actual temperature data. The installation of the new windows altered the room temperature by 6 degrees. I turned off the ac before the installation and after so I could find out whether this was really making a difference and I was surprised by how big a difference it made. I also wanted to see how the windows held up in a severe storm so I had to wait a while for rain. I'm happy to report that there were no leaks, no problems. Now that we are having cooler weather, I've been opening and closing the windows daily and they slide smoothly. You don't need any heavy force to open and close them. Windows from By Installer are an awesome quality and Alex is great to work with.
