The workers showed up at 8:45 am (we were told they would be here between 8-10 am). They re-measured all windows to make sure measurements were accurate before they began tearing them down. There were three men who all new their jobs and they worked very well together. They did not take a break until 1pm when I saw them eating their lunch. After about 15 minutes they started all over again and did not stop until the job was complete at 6:40pm. There was very little mess, which was cleaned up with their own vacuum. I am very impressed with their work ethic and would NOT hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. The windows look great!! They did a wonderful job of installing, insulating, caulking, cleaning up and washing the windows.

The technician called ahead to tell me he was arriving early (this was fine with me) and got straight to work when he arrived. He displayed expert knowledge about rugs and stains, and also explained that this service was completely eco-friendly, which was a pleasant surprise since the last time someone cleaned a carpet in my home it smelled of foul chemicals for days. The area rug I had cleaned was about ten years old in a high traffic area and had never been more than spot-cleaned before. Worse, when my dog was really sick, she was confined to that room, and it had been urinated and vomited on more times than I can count. My hopes for cleaning it were low, but I just wanted to refresh it and see if I could get a few months more life out of it. I can't tell you how perfect it looked when he was done cleaning it. It looked absolutely brand new, not a single stain. No smell at all. I am so happy with this company.

Andrew and Igor run an amazing moving operation here in GTA. They're VERY affordable, very friendly, and punctual. They helped us move into our 2nd house in the beginning of March, which in Toronto is a hard thing to do! Here are some quotes from his emails to me as we were setting up the move: "Sometimes I show up with more (guys) if we have many jobs that day and still charge for what you asked for, we just want to get done quickly and keep our customers happy." " I'll be there personally to make sure everything goes as planned. Feel free to call should you have any questions or concerns and I will call the day before to check on you and make sure everything is going well." This guy treats his clients and their things like his own. I will definitely hire him to do my next move, and if you are looking to move you should do the same!
