First, our old Vac unit stopped working, so I called Vacuumville vacuum Repair and talked to Julian. He came right over that day to look at my unit. Since the unit was so old we choose to replace it with a new unit instead of repairing it. He worked very quietly and quickly to replace the unit. It only took 30 minutes. Then we asked him about possibly getting central vacuum in our basement area. He quickly gave us a reasonable estimate and would call me that night to arrange a time to do the work. That night he called and we arranged for him to come on a Tuesday to do the work. Julian showed up on time on Tuesday and got right to work. He did an excellent job installing all the new inlets in the basement and one in our upstairs living room. They worked the whole day and checked all the new inlets before he left. Everything that was installed is working great and I would highly recommend Vacuumville repair to all my friends.

I had to get additional 7 windows, and my budget was a bit tight. The original windows were metal and raggedy. Paul came to my home with sample windows and we discussed the best options for what I wanted. We decided on 4 large side-sliding window's plus screens. Paul worked with my budget and did not try to oversell what I needed. I ended up with insulated panes that will be way more energy efficient in the winter since that room is not heated. The installation went as promised -it took about 5 weeks for the windows to arrive and the installers worked quickly and professionally. The front of my house looks amazing! It was like a complete facelift for my home! Everyone who sees the windows raves about them! I love how they look and how open they make the room feel!

New Century Maids provided excellent services! I've never had my house cleaned before and I was surprised at how thorough they were. I kept finding little surprises throughout the week where the cleaned (like when I opened my microwave and it was spotless). I would highly recommend them. The one thing I will mention is that I did pay extra to have my oven cleaned and they weren't able to get it all the way clean. They were very apologetic and tried everything and honestly whatever is in there is definitely a problem since I've tried everything so I don't blame them at all! Mostly just a forewarning for others if you have something that's really hard to clean. I will definitely use them again in the future!

The team showed up on time. The leader, Alex, introduced himself and his assistant, Dimitri. After showing them the windows and patio door that were to be replaced, they went right to work. Alex asked if he could use a parking space close to the worksite just to unload the what they would need to complete the job. I pointed out a space where they could park with the understanding that he would move the truck into my parking space and he did. Alex started with the installation of the patio door while Dimitri started installation on one of the five windows. They worked at a steady pace. Once the patio door was installed, Alex proceeded to assist with the remaining windows. By mid-day, they were close to working on the last window. The guys didn't incur any problems and were very pleasant during the whole process. The work was completed in the allotted time. From set-up to clean up, the guys did an excellent job. Alex walked me through to review/inspect the completed work. Overall, Window by Installer was an experience I will always remember. From beginning to end, service was excellent!
