Will in Toronto

The doors and windows in my house were originals ('76) and in very poor condition. I called WBI and Alex, owner, came out to give me an estimate. He showed me several product lines so I had options and price ranges to choose from. I was even invited to the showroom/warehouse to see the product firsthand. I contracted with WBI on Sept 24, 2015. Alex explained the order would be custom-built and would be shipped in about three weeks. Upon arrival, the installation was scheduled for Oct 20, 2015. The team of four, led by Roman, arrived as scheduled and completed the work in about four hours with few problems. They caulked, patched where needed, and cleaned up to my satisfaction. All of them were extremely patient with me as I worried through the entire installation and were very, very kind. Charlie bars and door handles were installed two days later. The only glitch in the whole experience was that the screens for the patio doors and two windows did not arrive with the original order and it took almost three weeks to get them to complete the order. No payment was expected or even asked for until they arrived and were installed on Nov 14, 2015. All in all, it was a relatively pleasant experience. I love my new windows and doors and would definitely recommend WBI to any other homeowners.
