Alex the sales person was very professional, not a hard sell, and had answers to all our questions. There was about a 1 month lead time to get windows ordered and schedule installation, they met all their promise dates. 2 guys installed all the windows in one day and cleaned up. We got all triple pane with most of the offered upgrades, and I'm glad we did. They weren't cheap but you get what you pay for, the install looks great, heating bills went down, and I didn't have to do anything which was the best part. I would definitely use Windows by Installer, and if you are looking to change your windows give them a call, you will be very happy with their service.

No complaints here! Just one very satisfied customer. Whole process was easy. Their website is precise when it state the price of their windows and work are very competitive! I got a very reasonable quote, waiting was short for the windows to arrive and the installers were fast, clean and efficient! My new windows are beautiful!

We needed to replace all of windows (including arc and huge bay windows) facing front and a large awning window facing backyard. After contacting many companies with highest homestars review rating and gathering quotes from them, we went with Windows by Installer because they are very professional and honest people and offered lowest price for the best product and services.

The major advantage for Windows by Installer over many other big vendors is they can satisfy you by providing very professional installation services for different brand of products you prefer, such as Hometech Window (www.hometechwindow.com), Vinyl-Pro (www.vinyl-pro.ca), with very low price. It is very hard for many other vendors to satisfy you with all of three factors, product, services and prices, at the same time.

Had 9 windows replaced last year and the service and price was so good that I got another 5 windows replaced this year.
Illya took the order and Serge did the install. Could have not asked for a better installer. Although the window manufacturer made some mistakes, Serge followed up and fixed the problem. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Based on the HomeStars review, I engaged Windows by Installer to build windows for my porch. Ilya gave excellent customer service. There was a mistake in the window design when the windows arrived and this was corrected by rush order in a matter of days. Windows By Installer did a wonderful job! They installed 10 windows in our home in the Window City Series with Low E and Argon. I did my research and found great reviews on Windows By Installer and decided to have them install our windows. From the reviews that we read they seem to do a great job and make lots of customers happy.
They came at a reasonable time to start preparing our windows, Mike and Alex worked as a great team. They took out the old windows, cleaned and put in the new windows and didn't miss a beat. They were very professional, polite, and hard working. Dave the General Manager even came by to check on the project and talked with us. We have already noticed a difference in the windows, they are not letting in any cold air and are sealed very well. Our new windows are much better than the old ones. We are now ready for any weather!

we contacted Windows by installer in November to replace our two sliding glass doors, one was leaking and water damaged, so we figured we'd replace both to have them matching. Their estimate came in much lower than the 3 other companies we had contacted for estimates. Coupled along with great Homestars reviews, we decided to go with them. We ended up signing a contract on Nov 10th, I believe, and the guy told me it would take about 6 to 8 weeks before they could have people out there to install the doors... yikes!
the long wait actually worked out for us since we had other work being done to the house at the time, and I wanted for it to be finished before we installed new doors. Probably the only bad thing was that I had to call them back after the 8th week to get the install scheduled. They were able to get me scheduled right away though.
The install went really quickly and the guys arrived earlier than they had thought. I believe it only took about 3 hours to install the doors, when estimates were about 6 hours, so that was nice. The guys also cleaned as they worked so there was never a huge mess. After they were done, the new doors looked great without any problems with the install. Probably the only problem with the install was that there was a strong silicone smell for a couple weeks in the basement afterwards. I had to keep airing it out. you can still kind of smell it after a month.
overall, they did a great job for a great price. I'd highly recommend these guys to all.

Steven of Windows by Installer was very accommodating and efficient. He came out one day on my lunch hour and measured the windows. He gave me a recommendation on how to save on the wood trim (to match our gorgeous woodwork). He gave me a quote on the spot in less than 45 minutes. In contrast, one of their competitor's, took more than an hour, made me late getting back to work with a lengthy sales pitch, and never did get me a quote.
Since my windows are custom, the wait time was lengthy. However, I was also having tuck pointing with the window lintels replaced at the same time. So, the wait was no big deal since that work had to be completed first anyway. Steven kept me informed and gave me one week warning as to when they would be able to come install. This was perfect for me since the windows being replaced were all on the first floor. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up well. My wife and I are very happy. I've now had the windows in for 1 year and we have really noticed a big difference in sound reduction and energy costs. I would highly recommend Windows by Installer for your window replacement needs.

Windows by Installer went above and beyond! We replaced 16 windows with new double hungs by Window City. The old windows were single pane and not good on conserving energy. Windows by Installer had the best price, best windows, and installers with lots of experience, after searching other window companies we went with Windows by Installer.
The installers had an assembly line working. One of the installers would take out a window and another would put in a window and the next installer would trim the windows with custom trim. They finished our project in one day and it looks like a new house. They also did fascia trim as well at the peak of the house which added a little extra touch. This was a nice remodel project!!! I will be calling them again soon for another project that we have in mind. Awesome job!!
