A couple years ago we installed a new Moen faucet and didn't experience any problems with it until last week. For some reason it started to leak. A plumber from a very well known big company suggested to install a new faucet. I decided to get a second opinion and called Metro Plumbing and Drains. I'm so happy I did that because a plumber from Metro Plumbing explained that there was ABSOLUTELY no need to replace the whole faucet. He said that there was a pinhole in a hose and it needed to be replaced. He not only saved me money but also fixed the problem in no time. Thank you very much, Ron. Everybody knows how hard it is to find a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. And I believe that more people should know about companies who provide a great service.

Kitchen sink got plugged on Saturday. Tried the advice from Home Depot advisers and used chemicals. Waited until Sunday nothing worked. On Sunday decided to go with a snake, used a 25 ft, not enough. Rented Monday a longer one 35ft, not enough. Called a local company and they could not do it, they tried a small and short snake. They gave me the alternative of ripping off the walls and replacing the pipes. In a moment of luck I found the Metro Plumbing and Drains phone number on the web and called.
In less than an hour Andrei Volkov showed up at the door and in a very professional and clean way analyzed the situation. Gave me the quotation saying "you pay me the price if I do it". We agreed and he prepared his working place very clean, taking care of every detail: covering the floor, using cover on the shoes, having his own light and not touching anything else. He had to work more than an hour but the job was done. Great service. Nice people and good prices. They are my service company in the future. Thank you.

I was in need of a plumber to install a Kitchen faucet and drain. I called one of the "so-called" leading companies in the field and after email and phone calls no one from that company got back to me. Frustrated, I decided to call Metro Plumbing and I got Katerina on my first call and she understood exactly what I needed. She dispatched a plumber to me in two hours. Andrei was a skilled professional and most importantly a caring person who went out of way to help and explain the whole process. The job was completed in a couple of hours and it is perfect and more importantly working great. The cost was more than reasonable for the amount of work. I know this is a review and I want to say that I am very impressed and very satisfied with the group at Metro Plumbing. It goes to shows you that bigger advertised companies and not always your best choice. Thanks Metro "you get it".

Phoned a couple of small companies to get my running Toto toilet fixed, but they brushed me off citing negative things about Toto toilets, eg. expensive to fix. I then phoned Metro Plumbing, and the lady who answered said that they do fix Toto toilets and would have a plumber come between 5 and 7PM that day. Vadym came within this timeline, did his examination and said that he has to place an order for the part that has to be replaced. He was courteous and businesslike. The next day, he phoned to say the part was in and he would come that afternoon/early evening. Again, he arrived within the timeline and proceeded to fix the toilet with professionalism, all the while explaining and being very courteous.

I cannot comment on the price I paid since this is the first time I made a service call for a toilet repair, but I wouldn't hesitate to call Metro/Vadym again because of the professionalism he displayed.

A couple days ago we used a plumber from Metro Plumbing following my father’s DIY catastrophe. Long story short, we had that old issue with a leaking shower faucet. Nothing serious though, just annoying. My father tried to fix it but apparently something went wrong, because after his performance we were faced with a way more serious problem – he broke the faucet and said that he did his best :) Well instead of buying a new cartridge we had to replace the whole shower faucet. Good Job! I called Metro Plumbing and Drains and they sent a technician right away. The plumber had a couple of nice shower faucets on him. We picked one and he got it installed in 3 hours maximum. Nice job, prompt service, will call them before my father decides to launch a new plumbing DIY project.

We purchased a washer and dryer at Sears. The delivery guys were supposed to install them, however they couldn't do that because our water valves were leaking. They explained that we had to fix the leak first. We called around five companies and decided to go with the one who gave us the best estimate and could do the job ASAP. The plumber from Metro Plumbing and Drains was very professional and friendly. I had a feeling that he was trying to save me as much money as possible. The work was done in a timely fashion. The service was great and I will absolutely use Metro Plumbing and Drains again!

I had a clogged kitchen sink - semi-emergency as kitchen was out of order. Metro was quick to respond to the emergency plus they indicated that they work on fixed price and NOT hourly rates. Vadym Badenko came to the rescue at the promised time. Vadym did work professionally, dealing was professional (did not overstate the problem/ scare me i.e. no bs). Liked it so much that I had him booked for another plumbing job at my place.
