The repair man was curious and informative. However the cost for less than 15 minutes repair was way over price! The part which was replaced, as per Rona,Moen would have replace the part free of cost. Again service was great but the length of service time does not add up to an overall price of $225. As a result I would hesitate in recommending Metro.

These guys are professionals. I came here to find quality work and had the pleasure of meeting Andrei and Vlad. Vlad did the work in the condo in about 1 hour and knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, he took the time test the drains to make sure there were no leaks and explain what was done and what needed to be done in the future. Oh, and he warranties his work on the install for 1 year which is great! Competitive price and excellent service, thank you Vlad from Metro Plumbing.

Our bathtub was draining very slowly. I’m not experienced in using snakes and decided to call a professional plumber. Phoned around 5 companies to get an idea how much it might cost me. Metro Plumbing and Drains gave a very attractive estimation and were able to book an appointment for the same day. The job was done flawlessly and took not more than 30 min. I’m very satisfied with the service and will call them again if I need a plumber.

I've been using Metro Plumbing and Drains for a couple of projects and they never disappointed me. So when we purchased a new dishwasher I already knew whom to give a shout to install it. They booked an appointment for me on the next day. The plumber came right on time and i think it took him not more then 2 hours to get the job done. Fast and professional as always. I'm very happy with the service and hope that it will remain the same as the company grows.

I live in Richmond Hill. Over the past month or so, I have noticed that every time I did the laundry, the main drain in basement would fill up with water. I called Metro Plumbing and Drains for an estimate. When the plumber came and I explained the problem, he suggested that the issue might be tree roots in the drain. To check he got a drain camera and put it threw the main drain. He found that the issue was indeed tree roots. He said that it was bad and that the pipe would need replacing. He gave me a good deal. However, I decided to look around for another company. After a long search I realized that Metro offered the best price and I called them back to do the job. The same plumber came with his partner and they did the job within the day. They charged me the estimated price and also they did not charge me for the camera inspection or the estimate. Very happy with the service and will defiantly recommend Metro Plumbing and Drains to my friends and family.

A couple years ago we installed a new Moen faucet and didn't experience any problems with it until last week. For some reason it started to leak. A plumber from a very well known big company suggested to install a new faucet. I decided to get a second opinion and called Metro Plumbing and Drains. I'm so happy I did that because a plumber from Metro Plumbing explained that there was ABSOLUTELY no need to replace the whole faucet. He said that there was a pinhole in a hose and it needed to be replaced. He not only saved me money but also fixed the problem in no time. Thank you very much, Ron. Everybody knows how hard it is to find a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. And I believe that more people should know about companies who provide a great service.

Kitchen sink got plugged on Saturday. Tried the advice from Home Depot advisers and used chemicals. Waited until Sunday nothing worked. On Sunday decided to go with a snake, used a 25 ft, not enough. Rented Monday a longer one 35ft, not enough. Called a local company and they could not do it, they tried a small and short snake. They gave me the alternative of ripping off the walls and replacing the pipes. In a moment of luck I found the Metro Plumbing and Drains phone number on the web and called.
In less than an hour Andrei Volkov showed up at the door and in a very professional and clean way analyzed the situation. Gave me the quotation saying "you pay me the price if I do it". We agreed and he prepared his working place very clean, taking care of every detail: covering the floor, using cover on the shoes, having his own light and not touching anything else. He had to work more than an hour but the job was done. Great service. Nice people and good prices. They are my service company in the future. Thank you.

I was in need of a plumber to install a Kitchen faucet and drain. I called one of the "so-called" leading companies in the field and after email and phone calls no one from that company got back to me. Frustrated, I decided to call Metro Plumbing and I got Katerina on my first call and she understood exactly what I needed. She dispatched a plumber to me in two hours. Andrei was a skilled professional and most importantly a caring person who went out of way to help and explain the whole process. The job was completed in a couple of hours and it is perfect and more importantly working great. The cost was more than reasonable for the amount of work. I know this is a review and I want to say that I am very impressed and very satisfied with the group at Metro Plumbing.
