Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Just had a hot water tank installed by Nathan from Reliance. I would have to say exceptional job, very professional. I would recommend reliance to my friends and family for sure.

This company is remarkably unreliable. Our one year old on-demand hot water heater is leaking. No one showed up for the first appointment. No one showed up for the second. The tech said he'd try to come tomorrow. Miscommunication. Two half days off from work and the heater is still leaking. I'm trying to cancel the rental, but spending far too much time getting someone to answer. This happened with our furnace service as well!

Sales person was great told me what had to be done and cost to do install which I wrote a check for. Service technician showed up on appointment date and I showed him where to install furnace and explained the gas line had to be enlarged in order to accommodate the new furnace. He said no thats not on the order and installed the furnace and line easiest way possible and left without ensuring all of the gas appliances in the house were running. Not impressed. The gas inspector came out and failed and red tagged the installation. The inspector called Reliance and left message and told me to call. So I called and got the run around from them. Still waiting for them to come back and do the installation I paid for. Would not recommend Reliance to anyone at this point in time.

Yesterday I had a furnace installed from reliance the furnace company by Matthew Hannono and his helper. I could not have asked for a more professional removal and installation. They were both very courteous, efficient, and did a very tidy job. Thank you both very much.

We had called Reliance due to main floor furnace issues and were visited by a service tech who uncovered serious safety concerns that resulted from a not-so-reputable installer. That same day we were visited by Chris M. who expedited a new furnace installation that put our minds at ease, our safety became his #1 priority. The installation team (Ross, Jared and Kalem) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and above all mannerly, well appreciated! I would definitely recommend Reliance to family and friends - a great experience from beginning to installation :-)

Had Matt and Yan from edmonton come in a put in a new furnace for us ! They were absolutely fantastic !!! They did such a great job , very very friendly , and chatty.. was very nice to have the come and do the work !! Definitely recommend they to EVERYONE!! We are very happy customer , will have them come again if we need anything else !!

Reliance the Furnace Company had previously installed a furnace in our home and as we were so pleased with the job they did on that occasion, we called them back to replace our second furnace. Corey our advisor and Bryce and J.S. our installation technicians were all so helpful, professional, friendly and pleasant. We were so glad we used this company again. Our neighbour saw the trucks in our driveway and we have recommended this company highly to them. Our future work will definitely be done by Reliance

I just had Matthew and Yan come and do a furnace installation. They were both so very professional, personable and did an absolutely fantastic job. I was extremely pleased with their work - they left things clean, were extremely efficient and knowledgeable - really wonderful young men. You should be proud to have them as part of your company.

The service call was on time, technician (Ben) was very helpful and informative. In addition, he repaired a water line to the furnace humidifier that a previous plumber had failed to finish, at no cost!
