This company is remarkably unreliable. Our one year old on-demand hot water heater is leaking. No one showed up for the first appointment. No one showed up for the second. The tech said he'd try to come tomorrow. Miscommunication. Two half days off from work and the heater is still leaking. I'm trying to cancel the rental, but spending far too much time getting someone to answer. This happened with our furnace service as well!
