Sales person was great told me what had to be done and cost to do install which I wrote a check for. Service technician showed up on appointment date and I showed him where to install furnace and explained the gas line had to be enlarged in order to accommodate the new furnace. He said no thats not on the order and installed the furnace and line easiest way possible and left without ensuring all of the gas appliances in the house were running. Not impressed. The gas inspector came out and failed and red tagged the installation. The inspector called Reliance and left message and told me to call. So I called and got the run around from them. Still waiting for them to come back and do the installation I paid for. Would not recommend Reliance to anyone at this point in time.

Hi Eric - was there any appliances not working? I don't believe so. Not sure what you mean? The Inspector did not fail the inspection he needed more information from us. The work is quality and done to code like we always do. If you need a further explanation please don't hesitate to call us as we never heard from the Inspector at all as you suggested we did. Please know that we do everything to code and should the Inspector request a fix, we always obey and do what we are told. Not sure why you would say not recommend when we will be working with the Inspector to fix this.
