We had called Reliance due to main floor furnace issues and were visited by a service tech who uncovered serious safety concerns that resulted from a not-so-reputable installer. That same day we were visited by Chris M. who expedited a new furnace installation that put our minds at ease, our safety became his #1 priority. The installation team (Ross, Jared and Kalem) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and above all mannerly, well appreciated! I would definitely recommend Reliance to family and friends - a great experience from beginning to installation :-)

Just had our Air Conditioning units installed, "why didn't we do this earlier?"
