I want to say thank you to Kevin and Eden for being so professional and honest in their approach to handling my situation. They were very helpful and took the time to explain their services so that I could make an informed decision about the work I wanted and needed done.

I also like the fact that the consultation amount I paid goes towards the remaining balance of the work that needs to be done. Usually companies make you pay a consultation fee and then another fee for the work done.

I would strongly recommend SWAT Wildlife to others.

This is my second time using SWAT Wildlife and each time I could not have been more impressed. Both times I have had the pleasure of meeting Derrick who is not only pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond any expectations. He quickly discovered there were squirrels nesting in the attic, found their entrance point and installed a door that will prevent them from getting back in once they have left. While he was up there, he spotted another small leak in my roof which he proceeded to patch up as well. Not only was the job done quickly and completely but Derrick saved me having to bring in a roofer and a whole lot of $$$.

SWAT Wildlife is awesome and I would highly recommend Kevin from SWAT! I've been hearing a squirrel-like scratching noise in my chimney over the past month so i started researching all the companies in Toronto that help remove wildlife. I found SWAT on Homestars and Kevin came by today to address our problem. He quickly hopped up on our roof (this guy is not afraid of heights!) and he installed some one-way doors on our chimney. He also installed some screens around my roof vents (which was a nice preventative measure). We also had a mice problem in our outdoor shed and Kevin was able to help us out with that too!

So if you have just spent hours and hours on Homestars researching wildlife removers...look no further! Hire SWAT. Their fees are reasonable and their knowledge is worth every penny!

My wife and I had been hearing something in the attic for a few weeks. I called a few companies and they quoted site unseen double what the starting rate at Swat was, so I obviously called SWAT. Derick and Kevin arrived when I was told they would, after a quick inspection they confirmed that it was squirrells and also put my mind at rest that there were no babies up there. They added a one way door for exactly the price quoted both were polite and there was no mess when they were done. I hope I do not have to use their services again but if the need was there I would not call anyone else.

I called Swat Wildlife because I thought I had squirrels in the attic, having noticed damage to the roof.
The team (Jonny and Kevin) arrived on time and were polite, professional and knowledgeable.
After inspecting the damage, and going into the attic to check further, they explained that, while I did have mice in the attic, there were no signs of squirrels.
The damage had been done by a raccoon, which apparently planned on spending the winter up there!
There were several signs of raccoons on the roof.
They put bait in the attic to get rid of the mice, then repaired the roof, and protected it from further damage.
They also put wire cages on three roof vents to avoid damage in those areas.
I feel very confident, after seeing what they did, that I could recommend them to anyone - going up in my attic is no fun!

I had a squirrel problem in my attic. Another company "that shall remain unnamed" came in and told me I actually had a RAT problem and the rats were eating squirrels in my attic.
Scared the he** out of my wife and traumatized us, then gave us an estimate of $10k.
I decided to shop around and read that SWAT was honest AND THEY WERE.
Jonny and Eden came to our house within 2 hours of my call. Did a full walk around and assessment and took pictures and explained exactly what the problem was. They fixed my problem and cleaned up the mess in the attic and installed one-way doors and sealed all the problem areas.
They were done in an hour and charged me a very very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and its honest way of doing business.

Had a skunk under our foundation-less mudroom. After a weeks-long attempt to close off the entry hole on my own (the skunk kept digging deeper and more circuitous paths), I called in the pros. Derrick was great, and installed a serious wire barrier and one way door. Determined mother skunk kept getting around it, and after a few more days of assessment, we decided to let her raise her babies a bit longer until they could leave for good on their own. Derrick's patience and willingness to come back and deal with the situation humanely was appreciated.

Our call was promptly responded to and Derick came when promised. It happened to be pouring rain so I told him that I did not expect him to go ahead and we could reschedule. He reassured me though that they work in all types of whether and continued with the job of discovering we had red squirrel(s). He installed the one way door and covered another entry point. Thankfully we are not hearing anymore visitors in the roof. I hope Derick did not catch a cold. :-)

We were referred to SWAT Wildlife after calling a different company on HomeStars which couldn't service our location. Once I called, Patty answered and was upfront about the cost and initial service fee. They were not able to put us in right away for a visit as they were busy, but came 2 days later. Derek arrived and was very knowledgeable and recommended the one way door at the entry point we knew about with additional screening put along under the eaves troughs and stone where they were entering. Unfortunately this was a problem we bought with this type of stone work on the front as gaps were very apparent allowing entry. So we ended up covering part of the front of the home first, but this failed as a week later, they were still in there, so they came back and we covered all of it. We probably didn't have to, but Johnny/Derek both recommended it. Very expensive, but the workman ship was well done, clean and tidy considering it was the front of the home. We were lucky enough that our stone colour did not make the screening that visible, which was very important to us, otherwise, we would have gone with a much more expensive solution to install facia/underlay under the eaves to block the holes. We also installed screening on the attic vents and an additional 1 way door was put. They came back another week later and removed both one way doors as they were now gone. We were told the screening material used would not rust, just oxidize; we hope this is the case. They also guarantee their work for 1 year. This company is professional and customer service friendly, however I think they do upsell you on potential entry points with the idea that if they have to come again, you will get another initial service charge if you don't cover up the additional areas they recommend on the initial visit.
