Swat Wildlife and Insulation

SWAT arrived to deal with many wasps - as usual they were efficient, pleasant, clearly explained to me what was happening. It's always a pleasure to deal with SWAT.

Had a raccoon trapped in my basement window well. The technician was helpful, informative, and compassionate. Great job!

I was very happy with the prompt response and so appreciated Randy. We had Racoons under the deck and he worked diligently and kept informing me of his progress and things he did, which was much appreciated. He knows what he is doing . I am happy to report I have not heard or seen a raccoon since . I felt bad taking their home away, but Randy even took the time to comfort me, saying that they usually have 6-7 dens and they will be ok. Thank you Randy. Youre amazing . Job well done . Swat was quick to arrive at our house, arrived on time, and were very thorough in the investigation at our home to asses the bat issue we had. Ultimately the bats were just hanging outside our home (hadnt entered from anywhere), and so they gave us great prevention ideas, though not overselling something we clearly didnt need. They are knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful. Ill call them with any future wildlife issue ma we encounter.

SWAT was very responsive - had someone out within a day to inspect and since our deck was small they did the install that same day. Representatives were all terrific - professional, knowledgeable, punctual. The raccoons did return within the first week and dug up a corner of the fence but SWAT came back right away to fix it, which was included in the price guarantee. Stubborn raccoons are still trying to get in (I can see their scratch marks along the fence) but so far it is working, its been about a month now. Thank you, SWAT! I have already recommended you to friends with the same issue.

Excellent service from Swat Wildlife. Arrived on the dates and times appointed. Although it took a few visits to eliminate the wasps in a difficult location, Tony and Rob were diligent in working to remove the nest. Thank you.

Had raccoons living under my shed. Rob arrived quickly and installed a one way door so they couldn't get back in. Raccoons have not been back. Will be hiring Swat to install better wiring around the shed so animals can't get back in from a different spot.

I reached out to a couple companies via email late Wednesday evening after hearing noises in our attic that we believed to be a raccoon. Swat Wildlife reached out the following morning by phone call and scheduled an 8-12 window for the coming Sunday. Randy arrived Sunday morning promptly at 8am. Inspection involved climbing on the roof to inspect for exterior access to the attic as well as inspection in the attic. Randy appeared thorough and very knowledgeable. I was most impressed with his thoughtfulness as he requested consent for each action of the process and made a discernible effort at cleanliness out of respect for us and our property. In his inspection Randy shared his observations about our property which indicated his attentiveness to details as each observation matched our own views and experience with the property.
Randy determined we did not have a raccoon but mice. (We've been in the property for over 5 years and were aware of previous mice during recent insulation work) Randy documented the entire process and provided clear photos. While we still had unwarranted concerns about raccoons, Randy guided us through his assessment and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He shared additional quotes for services at our request but reminded us they were not necessary based on his inspection.
We moved forward with the treatment for mice and are currently monitoring the progress.
