My wife and I were looking to paint our kitchen cabinets for sometime but never mustered the courage to follow through...not sure how the finish will turn out to longevity of the paint etc. when we met John and his team as we were shopping for contractors to do the work...he was very honest and reasonable vs most of the other quotes we got which were way over our budget. John explained the process, expectations of how the finish will look and how the process of painting will be completed. john and his team are machines! They started the following week and took 4 days to refinish all our cabinets! Our kitchen is fairly big and this wasn’t a small job! John completed everything on site and used our garage as the paint site. He recommended BM advanced for the paint with stix primer and the finish turned out amazing! we went with semigloss and turned out to be a great choice! John also helped touch up a watermark in the ceiling from a past water leak for no charge. Him and his team are very helpful and the quality of their work is great! If you are looking to paint any area of your home, I would definitely recommend John and his team!

Jamie and the team are excellent! They came on time and without a hitch! we had 2 sheds near the tree which needed to be removed and they did it without damaging anything. these guys know what they are doing and did it very efficiently. They were all very pleasant to work with and Jamie is so easy going. I definitely recommend these guys if you need this type of work done on your property. Thank you Jamie and the team!

Michael was fantastic from the start, he came on time and presented various options for the windows we wanted to work with. We've never bought window coverings before, but Michael made us feel comfortable with choices and his recommendations were spot on! the shear shades are perfect light filtering for the area and look fantastic! Once we put the deposit in, it took about 2 weeks to make and Michael was quick to let us know once that completed and had Charles come in the next day to install. Charles was very helpful and installed the blinds with no issues. One of the blinds had a longer cord loop than the window frame, which wasnt an issue and charles took it back and replaced the cord with a shorter one. A day later the cord broke! I called Michael and Charles and Michael came at his earliest convenience and replaced it - no questions asked. I was concerned about the other cords as a result, but Michael assured me that this doesn't ever happen, but if it does, he will come right away and replace it as its covered under their warranty. Great experience, i would definitely recommend Solar Window Fashions if you are looking for window coverings as they have quality products with great service.

We were referred to SWAT Wildlife after calling a different company on HomeStars which couldn't service our location. Once I called, Patty answered and was upfront about the cost and initial service fee. They were not able to put us in right away for a visit as they were busy, but came 2 days later. Derek arrived and was very knowledgeable and recommended the one way door at the entry point we knew about with additional screening put along under the eaves troughs and stone where they were entering. Unfortunately this was a problem we bought with this type of stone work on the front as gaps were very apparent allowing entry. So we ended up covering part of the front of the home first, but this failed as a week later, they were still in there, so they came back and we covered all of it. We probably didn't have to, but Johnny/Derek both recommended it. Very expensive, but the workman ship was well done, clean and tidy considering it was the front of the home. We were lucky enough that our stone colour did not make the screening that visible, which was very important to us, otherwise, we would have gone with a much more expensive solution to install facia/underlay under the eaves to block the holes. We also installed screening on the attic vents and an additional 1 way door was put. They came back another week later and removed both one way doors as they were now gone. We were told the screening material used would not rust, just oxidize; we hope this is the case. They also guarantee their work for 1 year. This company is professional and customer service friendly, however I think they do upsell you on potential entry points with the idea that if they have to come again, you will get another initial service charge if you don't cover up the additional areas they recommend on the initial visit.

Zenic and his team arrived 10 minutes early and immediately got to work. I had 5-6 inches of existing insulation and in some places 3 inches. Thy topped it up to r50 at a reasonable price and cleaned up after themselves. I will wait a couple months and see how the added insulation has changed the room on top of the garage. Thanks zenic and team. Attic is about 1600 sq ft, took them about 1 hour to blow in and another 30-45 for finishing touches and clean up. They also replaced weather stripping in attic hatch.
