Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I had a great experience with this company. Their service technicians, Kevin and Eden were incredibly courteous, and determined to find and resolve my issue.
They discovered that it wasn't a wildlife problem, but instead some overgrowth on trees rubbing on my eaves, that cause what I believed to be animals screatching in my attic. They suggested that I take preventative measures though, to avoid rodent problems.

We have a rental and our tenants informed us we had either racoons or squirrels nesting at the base of our chimney flue (which has been tiled closed for decades). After a week the noise persisted and decided to call these guys. Got a call back within the hour and schedule for the following day. Derek was the specialist that showed up. He was timely, very knowledgeable and also a landlord, understanding our frustration. Within the hour the trap was set and we haven't heard a thing from our tenants since. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

SWAT Wildlife was very prompt in scheduling an appointment to take care of my issue with pesky squirrels making a home in our roof. The service technicians were super friendly and clearly explained the removal process. They came back as soon as I let them know the squirrels were gone and sealed the hole. We are so happy for finding swat wildlife on home stars to solve our squirrel issue. Derick was quick, honest and a very great person to deal with. Turned out that we didn't have any squirrels living in our house which saved us a lot of headache and $$$. We did seal a vent for prevention and Derick and his partner did a wonderful job. We had SWAT Wildlife come and rid us of our squirrel living in our facets and they were prompt, efficient and very professional. Kevin and Eden explained what they were going to do in a clear and very friendly manner and followed-up in an equally prompt and thorough way. Swat Wildlife are amazing!! Their service was prompt and efficient. They found the squirrel's point of entry right away, helped us solve an old wasp nest problem and made some handy suggestions for the future.
The people we dealt with on the phone were friendly and the worker that came out to the house, Jonny, was a super funny and personable guy. I highly recommend this company.

I live in a row of attached homes, and squirrels had found their way into the soffits via the end house. I called up Derek and Patty after meeting them through friends because I knew their methods of dealing with animal invasions were safe and humane. They were quick to send out a diagnostic team to determine where the squirrels were finding their way inside. From there, the hardest part was convincing the neighbours that squirrels inside our homes are gross and not nearly as cute as when they are outside, and to chip in some money. As soon as that was done, Jonny came back to install one-way doors on the points of entry so that the squirrels can get out, but cannot regain access to the inside. The installation was swift and quiet, and everyone involved was super friendly. I'm looking forward to no more sleepless nights with scratching in the soffits!

I had a couple of broken vents in a difficult to reach location, and birds had made nests in them. I had asked a handyman to fix them, he said he couldn't figure out how to reach them to do the work. So I asked a window washing company, I figured they would be good at reaching high places, but they also said they couldn't do it. The guys from SWAT Wildlife were able to figure out a way to do it. They spent some time thinking about it, it was a challenge, but they were able to get it done, and it wound up costing a whole lot less than I'd have had to spend to get someone to build custom scaffolding or something, which is what I was starting to think would be the only way. They were great. I recommend them.

Used Swat Wildlife Twice. First time when our home was under constructions and today again ! Both times, the technicians arrived and explained exactly what they were going to do (exterior and interior review of dwelling). They were courteous, polite, and careful of surroundings and belongings.

Most importantly, it works! The first time, the Racoons left in a peaceful and safe manner (no chemicals). The second time (today) was an inspection as it was suspected, Racoons tried to access from the rooftop and were denied entry because of the terrific work that Swat WildLife did for us during the first visit.

Would HIGHLY recommend and will always use in future!!!!

Kevin was extremely professional and efficient. We had a racoon that made our old chimney their home, it was not ready to vacate it's new home. Kevin / Swat Wildlife, put a cleaver device to allow the racoon to leave but now re-enter, after which they cap the chimney for a permanent solution. Humane and safe!
