Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I was able to get very prompt service (the same day that I called) and Jonny & Kevin arrived on time. They did a thorough, good job, I was very impressed overall. They were persistent and methodical in trying to identify the point source which they successfully did. They were careful about keeping the area clean and putting everything back correctly in its place. And they did it all with a smile which was greatly appreciated.

Nice and honest. Did the good job. Resole the problems. Inspected inside and outside. Will comeback to see in 2 weeks for follow up procedure. Thank you very much Jonny.

Johnny came right on time as scheduled. He repaired all the vents from our roof from preventing damages on the other vent and he also assured us that the racoon will never come back. It is guaranteed for a year.

Last year we had a family of raccoons move in under our deck in a basement window well and needed removal. SWAT came quickly, and removal was humane (they made sure the babies were left in a secluded spot in our yard so the mom could come back to retrieve them) and they reinforced the perimeter of our deck to prevent any other critters from moving in. A year later we have had no problems! We would recommend their services to our friends and family easily!

Called due to a squirrel in the roof that kept waking us up. Office answered phone right away, booked me in at my preferred time that wk. Jonny showed up on time and went up in the roof and on top of it to figure out the problem. He proposed a solution and once we accepted, got straight to work in putting mesh over all our roofing vents to prevent Mr. Squirrel from chewing through any others. There was one more vent than he initially quoted us for but he honoured the original quote. The problem is solved and I called for removal of the one way door he installed in case the critter was still in there and they came and left a note in the mailbox saying it was done. A+ service, highly recommended.

Realizing I had more animal life in the neighbourhood that I'm used to, I called Derick&Co to come over and give me their two cents. Initial visit was informative and put a lot of concerns to bed. Today they installed some vent grills on the roof, for some extra peace of mind.

Came back from vacation to a horrible smell in basement and live maggots in our fireplace. Pretty disgusting. Derek got back to us within a couple of hours on the Sunday of the long weekend and came on the Monday of the long weekend. He was right on time, dealt with the issue very quickly. He then put a mesh cap on our chimney to ensure it didn't happen again and checked our flat roof for any other potential animal issues. He was very courteous and friendly and answered all our questions. Price was exactly what he quoted on the phone. I would highly recommend SWAT to anyone.

Derick made numerous trips to my home, including on his time off, in order to ensure excellent service in dealing with my rat infestation. We had a family of skunks make their home under the shed in our backyard. After doing some research we called SWAT Wildlife.

We spoke with Patty at the office and she was very thorough in explaining the removal process. Very courteous and professional and no scare tactics or pressure involved. She even told us we could think about it and call her back at a later time with a decision.

We decided to have a technician attend to deal with the situation and she sent us Derick.

Derick came by assessed the situation and took the time to provide us with further details on the removal process and further educate us on wildlife in the area. We were very impressed with his knowledge, experience and expertise.

Derick went to work right away and within an hour and a half he had proofed our shed against further wildlife by installing a prevention skirt around it.

It's been a week now, Derick came by today for follow-up and we are still skunk and critter free.
